From February 27, 2025, expansion works will take place at our hotel.
Some noise may occur during weekdays, mainly at the back of the building.
Works will take place Monday to Friday between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM (starting at 9:00 AM on Mondays). There will be no works during weekends.
Please note that our garden will be temporarily closed during this period.

Zwei Tage lang bis 16.30 Uhr kein Zimmer-Service

Perfekte Lage, angenehme Zimmer, gutes Frühstück

Cons:

Zwei Tage lang kein Zimmer-Service. Auf Nachfrage bzw. Kritik wurde vom Mitarbeiter am Empfang (die Kollegin, die am Anreisetag Dienst hatte, war außergewöhnlich freundlich) sehr forsch mitgeteilt, dass das Reinigungspersonal bis 17 Uhr arbeite und man halt zu warten habe, bis das Zimmer irgendwann am späten Nachmittag gereinigt werde. Dass man sich nach dem Stadtbummel am Nachmittag im gemachten Zimmer gerne ungestört ausruhen würde, stieß nicht auf Verständnis. Bei dem Preis für das Doppelzimmer (900 Euro für drei Nächte) sehr ärgerlich.

Pros:

Ligging is uitstekend, personeel is vriendelijk, bedden zijn goed.

Cons:

Bouwwerkzaamheden waarvan we pas na reservatie werden verwittigd.
Bad was goed, maar douchestraal erg zacht.

Emplacement idéal mais attention aux travaux d’agrandissement en cours jusqu’en 2027!
Pros:

La situation parfaite en plein cœur de ville, le décor élégant et le petit-déjeuner excellent.

Cons:

Le prix attractif que j’ai payé s’expliquait par les travaux en cours dont j’ai été informé une fois ma réservation et mon paiement faits. Bruit dès 7h du matin. Les femmes de ménage étaient aussi bruyantes dans les couloirs. J’ai du mettre mes bagages moi-même dans un local avec les bagages des autres clients sans aucun reçu.

Leuk en goed hotel toppie
Pros:

Lekker in het centrum.
Schoon hotel
Lekker ontbijt. Vooral de wafeltjes die zelf mag bakken.
Ik zou als ik in antwerpen zou zijn zeker weer boeken.
Aardig personeel en behulpzaam.

Cons:

Dat er momenteel een bouwput naast hotel is. Gelukkig in weekend niet aan het werk.
Betaald parkeren is niet op lokatie. Maar paar straten verder op.
Treden voor hotel als je slecht ter been bent is hoog.

Amazing stay. Wish we stayed longer. Front desk man was very nice!

Perfect location!
Pros:

The room was clean, bed comfortable, bathroom shower was very nice. The hotel is in a great location, just steps away from the piazza. Breakfast was delicious was lots of food choices too.

Cons:

Construction noise starts early, our room window faced the construction zone and its not very pleasant being woken up by hammering, sawing etc.

Heerlijk verblijf midden in Antwerpen
Pros:

Midden in centrum, heerlijke kamer, fijne bedden, goede parkeerplek op 2 minuten loopafstand, heel vriendelijk personeel

Cons:

In het trappenhuis rook het wat naar riolering, dat was ook op straat het geval
