Antwerp City Trip to enjoy Tall Ship Races
Pros:

Stay right in the center of Antwerp close to all the events, restaurants, bars ... whilst enjoying the tranquility during the night and breakfast time. Great service that started at check-in (or even before) and continued during the entire stay and all with a smile !

Tolles Hotel mit einer top Lage!
Pros:

Die Unterkunft ist einfach großartig. Wir waren sehr zufrieden vor allem mit der Ausstattung des Zimmers. Alles in allem sehr komfortabel und hochwertig. Sehr nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal. Gemütliche große Zimmer. Angenehmes Frühstück. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und haben uns sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt.

Great hotel in a perfect location
Pros:

This hotel is ideally located for a tourist. It is located on a very quiet street about 100 meters through a small alley from one of the main squares visited by tourists. It is accessible to taxis. The breakfast is excellent and includes a fresh orange juice machine.

Ottima posizione, veramente ad un passo dalla Grote Markt. Pulizia impeccabile nella camera e negli spazi comuni. Personale estremamente gentile e disponibile a fornire informazioni utili per godere appieno la città. Colazione di ottima qualità.

Gute Lage - keine Zuvorkommenheit an der Reception

Sehr gute Lage im Zentrum
Grosses Zimmer

Cons:

Wir haben bewusst ein ruhiges Zimmer in den Hinterhof gewählt.
Wir wurden zwar per automatischer Email darauf aufmerksam gemacht, dass Bauarbeiten stattfinden, die Lärm verursachen.
Wir erhielten aber die Information, dass ab dem 14. Juli eine Ferienpause beim Bau eingelegt wird.
Dies war so auch klar vermerkt im Aushang im Lift.
Wir checkten am 15. Juli ein.
Am Morgen des 16. Juli um 7 Uhr wurden wir von Baulärm geweckt und auf der Baustelle wurde stark gearbeitet.
Wir teilten dies am gleichen Tag der Reception mit, die sich stur auf die gesendete Email berief mit der allgemeinen Info zum Baulärm.
Als wir um eine Preisreduktion für diese Nacht baten, sagte der Herr an der Reception, er würde sich darum kümmern und schauen, was möglich ist.
Wir bekamen nie eine Antwort.
Beim Auschecken am 19. Juli war unsere Bitte kein Thema. Als wir nachfragten, wusste niemand von einer Abklärung und auch da wurden wir auf die Email hingewiesen. Nachdem wir deutlich unsere Enttäuschung über absolut kein Entgegenkommen zeigten, wurde uns schnippisch mitgeteilt, wir sollen unsere Beschwerde per Email dem Management übermitteln.
Es war uns bewusst, dass am Haus gebaut wird. Wenn aber eine Baupause angesagt ist, wir dann so buchen und es trotzdem Baulärm hat, sollte ein Entgegenkommen möglich und machbar sein.
Dies spricht nicht für die Gastfreundschaft eines Vierstern-Hotels.

Goede ligging, alles verzorgd.
Pros:

Ik verbleef er met mijn dochter voor één nacht. We kregen eem rustige mooie, grote en nette kamer. Ook de badkamer was schoon en net. Het ontbijt was verzorgd en in orde. Een aanrader.

Good room, great location but very noisy (no soundproofing)
Pros:

Clean and spacious room, comfortable bed, good shower. Great location (close to the Cathedral and many restaurants) and excellent breakfast!

Cons:

No soundproofing: Great location but being in the heart of the action means noisy people outside and we could hear all the noise outside. Every night we were awoken by people talking, shouting and cars driving. We didn’t sleep well.

The pillows could also be better (too soft).

Centrale locatie, mooi hotel. Handig om te kunnen communiceren met virtuele assistent.

Kamer was niet goed schoongemaakt, haren op de grond en medicatie van iemand bij het bed.
