La posizione è centrale e comoda, a due passi dalla stazione centrale, e servita dai mezzi pubblici. Il personale è sempre stato cortese.

Ausschließlich die Lage.

Cons:

Es würde den Rahmen (also die verfügbare Zeichenanzahl) sprengen, alles aufzuzählen.
Man will sich dort schlichtwegs nicht aufhalten.
Ich würde es mir sehr gut überlegen, ob die top Lage die argen Defizite in puncto Hygiene, Personal, Fluchtwege, Ausstattung kompensiert.
Meiner Meinung nach nicht, weil überteuert, unfreundlich, unsauber und unangenehme Atmosphäre.

Location is the only perk
Pros:

Great location, 5 mins from the train station.

Cons:

Room was dirty and needed a deep clean (wall stains/floors/shower was mouldy). Although it was surface cleaned by cleaning staff, it needs a deep clean.
Sheets were stained. Room was stifling - there was however a fan provided thankfully.
Room was very small (double bed with enough room to walk around it at the foot and side only)..
Our room was also 'made up' the second day without us prompting this using the door sign provided. . At that, one towel replaced only.
