Чистота, персонал, дружелюбность.

Cons:

Плохой телевизор и плохой выбор телевизионных програм. Например невозможно было узнать какая погода на Штубаи и работают ли подьемники! Хотя ради этого мы и приехали. Сам телевизор сама древность.

Centrally located hotel with all the necessary amenities. Excellent customer service.
Pros:

Great location within proximity of shops, restaurants and skiing. Bus stop outside front door. Great, friendly, knowledgeable, humorous staff who were always visible and attentive to our needs. Plentiful breakfast. Nice spa area. Beautiful murals on hotel walls.

Cons:

Room decor was a little dated. No evening meals available although restaurants were nearby, booking recommended.

Pros:

De eigenaren waren supervriendelijk en gastvrij.
Het ontbijtbuffet overtrof alle verwachtingen.

Cons:

Voor de ervaren skiër zit je wat ver van de Stubaigletscher, het gebied bij Fulpmes zelf is mooi (voor families) maar relatief klein.

Pros:

The stabai super card , it's been great , we go to the glacer and pool with slides , and more. The rooms in the hotel been good.

Cons:

The hotel been totally empty , all of the facilities been close the pool ( they open it after we asked but the water been frosen ) , spa , sauna and act been close. The breakfest was poor for 4 star hotel again because the hotel been "open" we and 2 more guests. I think it's not ok , if you not have guest close the hotel or if you keep it open , keep it open but all of it. I been in a lot of austrian hotels 3 , 4 and 5 stars , sadly this been worst experience I had ever.

Empfehlenswert!
Pros:

Die Lage und das Aussehen von Außen und Innen des Hotels sind mir sehr gefallen. Die schöne Blumen an den Balkonen, als auch die Holzbekleidung und die prachtvolle tirolere Ausstattung von innen. Man kriegt auch die Stubai-Supercars, das beinhaltet viele Möglichkeiten die Attraktive Stubaital besser zu genießen. SPA Bereich war toll (bedecktes Schwimmbad mit Whirlpool, Sauna und Dampfbad habe ich benutzt). Die Inhaberin des Hotels war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war auch eine gute Wahl. Ich empfehle das Hotel gerne. Ich bin auch zufrieden mit von mir bezahlten Preis ca. 95 EUR pro Nacht und ich würde wieder gerne kommen.

Cons:

Im Zimmer gab es keine funktionierende Heizung im Ende September. Zum glück war es nicht so kalt, dass sie dringend nötig war und die Bettdecke war warm.
