Great city great location nice room poor staff

Cons:

Both receptionists on duty whilst we were there were very unhelpful… almost wouldn’t let us in because we didn’t at the time understand how the digital code worked …need to employ people with people skills

Very nice and elegantly decorated room in a well located area in Amsterdam.
Pros:

the decoration of the room, well located, quiet area and surrounded by nice coffees, the lift is a bonus especially in a city like Amsterdam where traveling with a big luggage can be difficult due to the stairs.

Cons:

In my opinion, the room was very small for two persons, it works fine for one person. The door of the bathroom was not working well, it was hard to close it completely.

Pros:

We were able to leave our cases b4 checkin & after check out allowing us to maximise our stay in Amsterdam.
The coffee machine & fruit were a great bonus to start our day & water in the room.
Friendly staff.
Our toilet seat was cracked but a new one was replaced straight away.
Great quiet location and close to all trams.
Would stay again

Cute, fun hotel. Walking distance to lots of attractions.

Quirky, cute hotel. Had a lift.

Cons:

Was noisy at times from street ( we were on the front). The digital key ( my phone died so we had no access to the hotel and our room) luckily there was a staff member inside . It’s not staffed all day. She was a great help and gave us a physical key card.

Pros:

Location was great. Lots of really good restaurants around with a more local vibe. . Ease of access, lift. Comfortable with some shared kitchen facilities and lounge area. Lovely garden.

Cons:

Plumbing issues. Wash basin in bedroom, not bathroom with loose tap and drained out very slowly. Bathroom had a drip hole in the shower ceiling which was very annoying. We were told it was normal. Room a bit tight.

Location signorile e funzionale
Pros:

Posizione un po’ fuori dal centro ma in una zona tranquilla,la struttura pulita e dotata di ogni comfort, letto fantastico e zero rumori .
Ottimo lo spazio sul giardino interno per fare colazione ed thea o caffè gratuito.

Really comfortable room and close to public transport
Pros:

Room was stylish and very comfortable and close proximity to public transport.

Cons:

Check in wasn’t ready and we had already left our luggage in order to explore, so they knew we had travelled but didn’t seem rushed or overly concerned and bearing in mind check out of previous guest was 4.5 hrs before we arrived.

Very overpriced. Tiny room, and poor facilities.

Extremely small room. Nowhere to put anything. Bathroom door didn’t shit properly. No sink in bathroom. Difficult to contact reception (wrong number given on the app). Lousy drinks from the machine downstairs and no tea or coffee in the room.
