Pros:

Clean, quiet and comfortable bed. Great location, outside city center but walking distance to everything. No staff on site but they respond quickly via WhatsApp with any concern.

Vlakbij verbindingen, leuke buurt. Gezellige lounge beneden.

Cons:

Hoe klein het is, geen deftige opbergruimte. De douche had te weinig waterdruk, en als je tweede's moest had je koud water. Douchekop hangt vol met kalk en het water loopt niet weg. Ik zou thuis voor zo'n douche onmiddellijk de klusjesman bellen. Het was ook een citytrip verrassing voor mijn vriend die jarig was, hiervoor gestuurd om een verrassing te hebben op de kamer en dit was normaal geregeld. Maar waren ze dus vergeten.

Horrendous. You are a shame to the word “hospitality”
Pros:

This property was aware weeks ago that I am in my hometown in Bahrain amidst a war with no open airspace and emergency mode, they repeatedly ignore emails, messages from booking, and whatsapps just to avoid my request for a refund. Instead of having an ounce of sympathy and respect, they FULLY ignored me. They could have responded with a rejection, but chose just to ignore for weeks. While we are here in the war zone trying to be scarce with our resources, they couldnt even be bothered to reply.

Cons:

At some point i got ONE response days after nagging: “It has nothing to do with respect” absolutely. Peoples countries being bombed and being forced to be on lockdown and closed airspaces and fear of losing electricity has nothing to do with respect- it’s inconvenient for your policy to practice force majeur.

- Spiegel und Fenster waren schmutzig.
Es hatte Handabdrücke an den Fensterscheiben. Sah nach viel Spass aus:D

Alles in allem war der Aufenthalt sehr angenehm und der Minuspunkt würde uns nicht davon abhalten wiederzukommen.

Für eine Städtereise das perfekte Hotel!
