Quería tomarme un momento para expresar mi más sincero agradecimiento por la maravillosa experiencia que hemos vivido durante nuestra estancia. Desde el primer momento, el trato ha sido excepcional y nos hemos sentido como en casa.

Quisiera destacar especialmente la atención de Dennisa y Francesco. Su amabilidad, dedicación y cuidado por cada detalle marcaron una diferencia enorme. Se nota que disfrutan lo que hacen y que ponen el corazón en cada gesto. Gracias a ellos, y a todo el equipo, nuestra estancia fue aún más especial.

La ubicación del hotel es perfecta, pero lo que realmente lo convierte en un lugar único es la calidez humana, el ambiente familiar y la atención constante para asegurarse de que todo esté bien. Cada detalle está pensado con cariño, y eso se siente en cada momento.

Ha sido una experiencia maravillosa y, sin duda alguna, volveríamos encantados.

Exceptional service, old school travelling where the staff really know you are in house. Id like to also point out that location is fantastic, you are in the Old Town but on the nice side and not surrounded by crowds.

Voisimme mennä toistekin.
Pros:

Erinomainen aamiainen. Sijainti rauhallisen sivukadun varrella. Lähellä oli paljon ravintoloita, vartissa käveli tunnettuihin nähtävyyksiin.

It was wonderful in every way. Great staff, great vibe, very welcoming and comfortable.
Pros:

I liked the warm welcome and the constant friendliness of the staff. They take a pride in their work and it shows. Very hospitable which was much appreciated. Lovely vibe there.

Pros:

This was THE BEST HOTEL EXPERIENCE I've ever had in my life. This place is real. Real in every way. Where you see wood it's real wood and not just plywood but solid wood. Where you see marble or granite, it's not some nice ceramics it is the real stuff. And the service, SERVICE IS 13 OUT OF 10. This place blew my mind. The owner has exquisite and wonderful taste. Don't miss this.

A Home Away from Home!
Pros:

We were treated like family by Frank and his staff. From the welcoming beer, the delicious breakfast buffet, help with daily plans and directions, to the airport transfers - everything was superior. We enjoyed our stay. Don't hesitate to reserve a room!
