El trato del personal desde que llegué fue excepcional. Las instalaciones limpísimas. La ubicación inmejorable. Debido al vuelo que tenia que tomar temprano al día siguiente no me dio tiempo de disfrutar del desayuno, pero Lucca me ofreció un box lunch que tenía preparado al salir.

This is a beautiful hotel, location is perfect within walking distance to all the sites.

What makes this hotel so great is its staff. They are so friendly, helpful and kind. They sit down and go through a full itinerary on arrival, great restaurant recommendations.

מלון אינטימי סמוך לעיר העתיקה. חדר נעים, מיטה מצוינת, זרם טוב במקלחת. אבל הסיפור האמיתי של המקום הזה הוא שירות יוצא דופן.
ביום הראשון זה נראה לך קצת מוגזם, ביום השני אתה מתמכר לזה, ביום השלישי אתה מפתח חרדה - איך נחיה את חיינו ללא הטיפול המושלם הזה? קשה להסביר, אבל אחרי שחווים את זה, קשה לחזור לאחור.

Everything, the best and definitely most friendly hotel in Prague 😀😀😀

First time ever the door has been opened to greet us, sit us down, a glass of complementary wine, and your own guide to help you plan. Honestly, nothing seemed to be too much trouble. The rooms were excellent, the breakfast was varied and plentiful, and don't miss the gorgeous omlettes !!
Location-wise, superb. The public transport hub is less then 10 minutes walk, and about 25-30 to reach the main tourist parts.
If you are into nature, take the 15 tram to the castel and walk through the beautiful park where you can enjoy green woodpeckers, kestrels, treecreepers and much, much more. A walk through the park takes you to the wonderful techhnology museum.
Would recommend buying Public transport pass which allows unlimited bus, trams and I think maybe trains, but not sure.
Next time would take the vintage tram (42 I think) which takes you to all of the tourist areas, and is hop on/off for about €18 for the day. Would also recommend bringing some local currency, but most places accept tap on cards like Revolut.

This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff went over and beyond to make sure we were happy. They were always at the ready to offer us whatever we needed. Breakfast was amazing and featured many homemade bakery items. The location was walking distance to most Prague sites. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable and staff had generously provided a selection of sweet treats with flowers in the room. Overall an exceptional hotel where I would definitely go back to again.

Odlična lokacija od koje je lako doći do svih glavnih atrakcija. Izrazito ljubazno osoblje koje vam je spremno pomoći s bilo kojim vašim potrebama.

Ottima colazione sia "internazionale" che "italiana"; personale attento a tutte le esigenze.
Posizione a 10 minuti dall'orologio astronomico, non lontano dalle fermate del tram e dalla metro
Camere pulite e ben arredate; ascensore presente a parte una piccola rampa di pochi scalini per l'ultimo piano.
Accolti fin dal primo momento con gentilezza, competenza e disponibilità. Hotel davvero bello e curato nei particolari.

Hotel je vkusný, štýlovo zariadený, čistý, hostitelia veľmi starostliví. Lokalita výborná, všetko v centre nadosah. Určite odporúčame.
