Location was really good, it was both close to the old town and quiet. The personel was very helpful and kind.

It was an absolutely amazing experience. All the staff are so friendly and helpful and it feels that they really care that the guests have a good experience both in the hotel and I Prague. They are professional at recommending sites to visit based on your interests.
The hotel is beautifully designed and there are plants all around it as well as flowers and fresh fruit for the guests to enjoy.
The breakfast is very rich and generous.

We have traveled quite a bit over the last 50 years and Hotel Agnes is in the top 5 hotels we have enjoyed and #1 for service. The room was comfortable and quiet and every staff member provides excellent advice, assistance and a welcoming demeanor. We could not have asked for a more enjoyable stay. If we needed help with reservations, activities, getting to the station, there was always someone to assist us. The location is central and it is an easy walk to most sites.

Otelcilik aslında nasıl olmalı diye öğrenmek isteyen Hotel Agnes’de 1 gece kalmalı. Çok gezen bir çiftiz ve hiç bu kadar nazik otel çalışanını bir arada görmedik diyebilirim. Sadece sizi daha nasıl mutlu ve memnun edebilirler diye çırpınıyorlar. 1 gecelik konaklamamız bir anda müthiş sürprizlerle bezendi. Konaklamanın nezaket, zerafetle bütünleşmiş olması bir yana otelin temizliği-ki gerçekten çok temiz-çok güzel bir mahallede, sakin bir sokakta olması, meydana 10 dk olması,kahvaltıda ev yapımı çörek ve tatlılar, otelin konsepti, herşey herşey çok güzeldi. Yine geleceğiz. Teşekkürler Denise, Stefan, Viktoria, Paul ve diğer tüm çalışanlar🌸🌸

Very friendly staff couldn’t be more helpful! Breakfast was excellent good choices and plenty of food. Location was great, rooms comfortable and very clean

At first, we wondered how such a small hotel could rank at the very top of the reviews—above many well-known international hotel chains. But the moment we arrived, it became completely clear.

Residence Agnes is a very beautiful, small boutique hotel located right in the heart of Prague’s Old Town. Despite its central location, it offers a relaxing atmosphere. The rooms are very well equipped, combining comfort with tasteful design.

What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the exceptional service. The owner, Frank, and his entire team go above and beyond to make every guest feel welcome. From the complimentary airport pickup to the warm greeting upon arrival, everything is handled with genuine care. Each time we returned to the hotel, we were offered a drink or invited to enjoy some delicious homemade pastries..

Speaking of breakfast—there is absolutely nothing to criticize. Everything is fresh, high-quality, and lovingly prepared.

One moment that really stood out: on our first evening, we were looking for a place to have dinner at short notice. Frank personally accompanied us to a traditional local restaurant that was completely full—and still managed to secure us a reservation. Where else do you experience that kind of dedication?

The hotel also assists with organizing excursions, events, and even tickets, making it incredibly easy to plan your stay.

Clear recommendation: If you are looking for personal attention, and outstanding service, skip the big hotel chains and choose Residence Agnes. The high TripAdvisor rating is absolutely well deserved—and definitely not fake.

The location is nice and quiet,

Just the best small hotel experience we've ever had. If you are looking for over the top fancy, not your place. If you are looking for the best customer service possible led by the owner, this is your next stay. Stayed with 4 other couples and all were extremely pleased with Hotel Residence Agnes. Great neighborhood and close to Old Town. Perfect restaurant recommendations. Thank you Frank, Denise, Natalie, Stephan, and Frank for a great experience (and who knew beer and cherry liqueur were breakfast foods)!!

In our many years of travels we have never been more welcomed than at Residence Agnes. From pick up at the arrivals area of the airport and our warm greeting at the hotel and our large room with a view, our expectations have been exceeded. Breakfast had something for everyone from savory to sweet. Coffee is available 24/7 and served with a smile. The hotel itself is a wonder with cobblestone floors and a beautiful remodel. Location can’t be beat as it is close to everything yet in a very quiet area. Restaurant recommendations were spot on. Highly recommend.

זמינים תמיד, אדיבים תמיד, מקצועיים מאד - מהמנקה דרך פקידי הקבלה ועד הבעלים.
המלון נעים, נקי ובמיקום יחסית טוב - רחוב אחורי ושקט.
ארוחת הבוקר בסיסית כמו בשאר אירופה.

המקום הוא כמו בית בלב פראג. הצוות מדהים ועושים מעל ומעבר כדי שהאורחים יהנו מהשהייה בעיר. המלון עם הצוות הכי מקסים ושירותי שפגשנו אי פעם, פרנק ויקטוריה וסטפני המדהימים. המלון ממוקם קרוב לכל האתרים, ארוחת הבוקר מצוינת, והמלון מספק פינוקים בלי סוף (משקאות, הסעות) פשוט מדהימים.
