Exceptional Property. Staff is amazing the location is superb.
Pros:

This is just a wonderful property with the most accommodating staff of any hotel I have ever stayed in. They go out of their way to attend to your needs, help you find restaurants, give tour ideas, get you something to drink, etc., etc. Just a fantastic place where you're made to feel like an invited guest. Breakfast is excellent and included and you can grab a coffee or something else to drink at any time. The location is outstanding - you're located in the old city, a block from the river, 10 minute walk to the main square, <5 minutes to the Jewish quarter and within an easy tram ride or45 minute walk to Prague Castle. The rooms themselves are clean and well appointed and functional with solid air conditioning. They'll also arrange airport or train station transfers for you. This is definitely the place to stay. Well done!

Pros:

The hotel was intimate, quiet and had a pretty and peaceful "lobby". The staff was very accommodating and friendly. I moved here on my last day for the central air conditioning and quiet as I had not slept well at my other hotel. This was possibly the best air conditioning in Prague.

Cons:

Lack of plant-based (vegan) items at breakfast. I ended up eating cereal and fruit while everyone else has so many delicious looking dishes to choose from.

Excellent boutique hotel
Pros:

Staff was AMAZING - Lucas went out of his way to make us feel welcome. Never has a receptionist made such an welcoming, cultivated out of his way, above and beyond personal effort. His boss should give both Lucas and Victoria a bonus. They both deserve it!

Highly recommend travelers to stay here!
Pros:

The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive throughout our entire stay. We arrived early in the morning unexpectedly and they went out of their way to accommodate us. Our rooms were beautiful and cool, a welcome reprieve from the heat. The breakfasts were absolutely fabulous with fresh baked treats every morning. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Tranquila e agradável.
Pros:

A gentileza, cuidado e orientações dos funcionários são excepcionais. Nos levaram até o Castelo, com veículo próprio, sem qualquer custo, e ainda o cuidado conosco, nos oferecendo bebidas para hidratação todas as vezes que chegávamos dos passeios. Agradecemos muito todos os funcionários, como a Denissa, Frank e todos os outros.

Nabij centrum, topontbijt, enorme gastvrijheid en behulpzaamheid. Beter bestaat niet :-)

Betalen ging eerst niet goed en ik moest daardoor teveel betalen (conversiekosten bank). Dit is na melden netjes hersteld
