Hotel Residence Agnes

The hotel was amazing. The staff were friendly and welcoming. They remembered your name which made the stay personable. The breakfast buffet was the best I have had in Europe. The hotel was in a quiet area of the old town and in walking distance of restaurants, shopping and the pier.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making us feel truly welcome. The location was excellent, within easy walking distance of Prague’s main attractions. The hotel was cosy, clean and full of charm. We had a wonderful stay and would happily return!

Sehr schönes, sauberes kleines Boutique Hotel, welches super zentral gelegen ist. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam, es bleiben keine Wünsche offen.

Neskutečně úžasný přístup, vše perfektně čisté, velice útulné. Dokonalá snídaně, osobní, přátelský přístup ke každému hostovi. Vyřešené parkování, pomoc s kufry....jedním slovem Dokonalé! Neznám v Praze žádné jiné ubytování, které by se tomuto místo alespoň přiblížilo. Určitě se vrátíme. Děkujeme za pohádkový pobyt.

Ein kleines, sehr feines Hotel mit einzigartigem Personal. Sehr aufmerksam, hilfsbereit, zuvorkommend. Hotel sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Parkservice zum Parkhaus wird angeboten. Super nahe am Zentrum, alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Eine 10 von 10. Kommen in jedem Fall wieder.

Sehr nettes Personal Unterkunft super, habe so ein Service nicht mal im 5 Sterne Hotel . Super immer zu empfehlen . Kommen wieder

The hotel fully met our expectations. The staff was friendly. The hotel and room were clean. The breakfasts were delicious, especially the variety of pastries. The hotel location is very convenient.

Special thanks to Frank, Denise and Natalie who were very helpful with giving advice for various attractions. Also, Victoria the breakfast staff introduced the breakfast layout with fabulous home cooked savouries & pastries. Frank’s morning cappuccino is a must to try.

Very friendly and helpfull staff!
We felt welcome and by arrival were offered a table and a welcome drink. That was very considerate after a long drive. The manager even escorted my husband to the parking.
The room and hotel is very clean. The bed was very comfortable, actually the best on our roadtrip. The airco in the room was nice because it was a warm evening. Although you are in the centre of the city the street was very calm. No noice during the night. We had a very nice sleep.
There was a large breakfastbuffet with lots of choices. It's almost a brunch. When you sat down they asked what you want te drink and brought it at the table. Afterwards you online had to ask an extra coffee and they brought it immediatly. Very nice service!
The location is super. Few minutes on foot and you are in the old town marketsquare. Lot's of restaurants and cafés nearby.
The staff is very considerate and happy to help. Not because they have to but because they want you to have the best stay. And we did. If we ever come back to Prague we will only stay here.
I have to say: if it is top, it is top!
