"Every single staff member—from concierge desk to housekeeping and breakfast servers—greeted us with genuine warmth. Special thanks to Frank, Denise and Natalie who were very helpful with giving advice for various attractions. Also, Victoria the breakfast staff introduced the breakfast layout with fabulous home cooked savouries & pastries. Frank’s morning cappuccino is a must to try.

We felt welcome and by arrival were offered a table and a welcome drink. That was very considerate after a long drive. The manager even escorted my husband to the parking.
The room and hotel is very clean. The bed was very comfortable, actually the best on our roadtrip. The airco in the room was nice because it was a warm evening. Although you are in the centre of the city the street was very calm. No noice during the night. We had a very nice sleep.
There was a large breakfastbuffet with lots of choices. It's almost a brunch. When you sat down they asked what you want te drink and brought it at the table. Afterwards you online had to ask an extra coffee and they brought it immediatly. Very nice service!
The location is super. Few minutes on foot and you are in the old town marketsquare. Lot's of restaurants and cafés nearby.
The staff is very considerate and happy to help. Not because they have to but because they want you to have the best stay. And we did. If we ever come back to Prague we will only stay here.
I have to say: if it is top, it is top!

Cały pobyt to niezapomniane wrażenia. Poczynając od lokalizacji hotelu, obsługę jak i pyszne śniadania.

Everything was perfect! Clean, comfortable, very friendly hosts with suggestions for the itinerary, excellent breakfast; The hotel is located close to most tourist attractions and restaurants. And very importantly, free parking is provided.

My wife and I recently had the pleasure of staying here, and we absolutely loved everything about the place.
Before we even checked in, they had everything covered. They arranged to pick us up at the train station and provided transportation to the airport when we left. From the moment we checked in and were greeted by Denise, we felt more like we were staying with friends than at a hotel.
This is a beautiful hotel, but the staff is really what takes this place to the next level. Everyone was always smiling, welcoming, and genuinely warm. Rarely is a hotel one of the highlights of a trip, but we both agreed that Residence Agnes was truly something special.
We look forward to returning to Prague someday, and when we do, we will only stay at Residence Agnes.

Das netteste Personal, das ich je in einem Hotel erlebt habe. Gastgeber im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes. Wir sind so freundlich und zuvorkommend behandelt worden – es war eine Wohltat.

A hotel személyzete rendkívül udvarias, mindenki mosolyog. Nagyon tiszta és hangulatos az egész szálloda. Csodás a reggeli, közel a városközpont. Ettől jobb szálloda nem is létezik :)

Tolles Hotel, super zentral, man kommt zu Fuß schnell überall hin. Schöne Zimmer mit bequemen Betten und leckerem Frühstück. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich jedoch den ausgezeichneten Service. Ich wurde noch in keinem Hotel so herzlich empfangen, alle Mitarbeiter sind immer freundlich und zuvorkommend. Es wird direkt eine Lösung angeboten, Aktivitäten vorgeschlagen, Transfers organisiert, Restaurants reserviert uvm.

Toller Aufenthalt, unkompliziertes Parken, zuvorkommende Mitarbeiter des Hotels. Die Lage ist einfach super. Rund um jederzeit wieder in dieses Hotel.

Great location in Old Town on a quiet street only minutes away from landmark attractions and great local restaurants. Wonderful breakfast - with many Czech specialties. All the staff were exceptional- helped us with any questions and even shared a map of Prague with us highlighting best sightseeing opportunities and local restaurants.

My son and I absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Residence Agnes. The location was perfect in a nice part of town that was quiet but conveniently close to the places we wanted to sightsee. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was perfect down to the soft pillows, comfy beds and the great air conditioning- it was hot when we were there in Aug. The breakfast was so delicious with perfectly made coffees and pastries and all the other traditional and local favorites. Everything about this hotel seems special and boutique like. Even the driver with rides to and from the airport and train station was excellent.

Surtout, le personnel est extrêmement attentif et prévoyant, toujours disponible pour un conseil ou une aide quelconque. Le petit-déjeuner est de qualité et très divers. La literie est confortable.

Quan vam llegir les ressenyes abans d'arribar-hi ens semblava increïble que hi haguessin tantes tan elevades.
Un cop allà, vam poder confirmar la veracitat de totes les valoracions positives que l'equip que hi ha darrere aquesta joia d'hotel mereix amb exqueixes.
Les estances, tan comunes com privades, decorades amb gust i d'un nivell de comoditat i higiene excel.lent.
La càlida i exquisita atenció rebuda per part de tots ells i elles; en especial d'en Frank i la Linka, als quals no els va mancar detall amb nosaltres i amb les nostres necessitats o desitjos.
L'esmorzar immillorable, tan en abundància com en qualitat.
Un amable xofer, que ens va dur fins al castell i més tard fins el garatge ofert per l'hotel, on teniem el cotxe...
En resum, hem tingut la sort d'allotjar-nos al millor hotel que hem estat mai.

Esperem poder tornar-hi algun dia.
