Vrhunska lokacija in storitev.
Pros:

Bivali smo v sosednjem objektu, ki navzven deluje staro vendar ko vstopiš v sobo takoj spremeniš mnenje. Naša družinska soba je bila res velika, prostorna z ločenimi spalnicami. Vse je lepo urejeno, čisto in toplo. V hotelu smo imeli tudi večerjo in zajtrk, kar je bilo odlično. Odlična lokacija v središču prijaznega mesta in samo nekaj minut hoje do znamenitega gradu.

Süsse Katzen schöne Stadt mit Flair
Pros:

Das Frühstück ist abwechslungsreich und sehr gut. Wasserspender an der Rezeption. Raucherbereich im 1.Stock im Innenhof oder vor der Tür falls man das wünscht. Zentrale Lage man kann überall zu Fuss hin. Süsse Katzen zum streicheln. Freundliche Stadt schöner Hafen und gemütlicher Spaziergang zum schönsten Tiergarten meines Lebens. Traumschloss in direkter Nähe

Cons:

Im 2 Stock war es sehr warm Anfang Mai. Der Teppich gehört gesaugt überall Brösel vom Vorgänger. Vor unserem Fenster war eine Party in der Nacht im Lokal gegenüber aber da kann das hotel nichts dafür.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt
Pros:

Angenehme Atmosphäre, mit sehr freundlichen Angestellten. Frühstück war sehr gut und die Auswahl ausreichend. Auch im Restaurant war das Essen sehr schmackhaft und das Personal sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Die Zimmer unserer mitreisenden Bekannten waren an der Straßenseite und diese Nacht leider sehr laut, da im Nebenhaus eine Geburtstagsfeier stattfand. Unser Zimmer war an der Rückseite des Hauses und da war es sehr ruhig. Die Betten waren sehr gut.

Pros:

Recepční hotelu byla velmi milá a ochotná. Hotel se nachází přímo v srdci Hluboké, což je velká výhoda. Snídaně byly nadprůměrné a mně osobně velmi chutnaly. Ráda bych ocenila práci pokojských, které si po nás musely dát opravdu záležet, zvlášť vzhledem k nepořádku po našem psovi.

Cons:

Cena je v porovnání s jinými hotely poměrně vysoká vzhledem k tomu, co je v ní zahrnuto – prakticky nic navíc kromě snídaně. Po započítání příplatků za wellness, dítě, parkování, psa či polopenzi se celková částka dostává na úroveň velmi luxusního hotelu, což zdejší nabídce úplně neodpovídá.

Postele jsou velmi měkké, takže hosté, kteří preferují tvrdší matrace, se pravděpodobně příliš dobře nevyspí. Hygienické potřeby působily levně – sprchový gel měl slabý účinek a bylo nutné ho použít větší množství, u tělového krému byl navíc problém jej z obalu vůbec dostat.

Nevýhodou je také to, že host se až do poslední chvíle nedozví, v jaké budově bude ubytován. V našem případě jsme s malým dítětem skončili v odloučené části, takže jsme nakonec vůbec nevyužili wellness, kvůli kterému jsme si hotel vybírali – výhoda „vše pod jednou střechou“ se tak zcela vytratila.

Placené parkování bylo navíc přeplněné, takže někteří hosté si sice zaplatili, ale neměli kde zaparkovat.

Největší zklamání však přišlo hned po příjezdu – před 22:00 jsme chtěli navštívit hotelovou restauraci, která měla být dle informací otevřená do 23:00, ale obsluha nás odmítla s tím, že tato provozní doba neplatí.
