Pros:

Die Chefin war super freundlich und total professionell. Vorallem abends hat sie einen super Service abgeliefert und man hat sich total gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Eine richtige Powerfrau, das merkt man. Parkplätze sind vorhanden. Und die Gegend ist einfach bezaubernd. Ein kleines Dorf im Osttirol was alles hat was das Herz begehrt. Das Abendessen und Frühstück war ebenfalls sehr gut.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind ein kleines bischen Altmodisch eingeräumt, was aber auch nur „meckern auf hohem Niveau ist“ und die Balkonstühle sind etwas unbequem. Alles in allem für diesen Preis ein super Aufenthalt!

Conserverò un ottimo ricordo del mio soggiorno a Matrei e quando ritornero': all'Hotel Rauter!
Pros:

Ambiente molto accogliente, ottimamente arredato, situato proprio al centro di Matrei. Personale gentilissimo e disponibile. Camera molto ampia, pulitissima, con balcone. SPA con piscina coperta e all'aperto, che ho utilizzato senza costi aggiuntivi. Colazione ottima con tanta scelta, non mancava proprio nulla! Garage coperto gratuito. Buon rapporto qualità-prezzo.

Sehr erholsamer Aufenthalt.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war sensationell, Wellnessbereich und Außenpool sehr schön. Ausblick vom Balkon grandios.

Cons:

Teppiche in Fluren und Zimmern gefallen mir nicht.

Ein in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel ohne Restaurant.
Pros:

Das Badezimmer ist frisch renoviert und in Ordnung. Outdoor Pool mit schöner Länge und angenehme neue Liegen. Im Zimmer gibt es eine Badetasche mit Bademantel und Badetüchern für den Wellnessbereich -

Cons:

Mein Zimmer wurden teils renoviert bzw. Teile erneuert. Leider alte harte Matratzen. Im renovierten Badezimmer keine ebenerdige Dusche sondern Badewanne was für mich als ältere Person einfach schwierig ist. DAs Frühstücksbuffet ist nicht 4 Sterne Standard. Günstige Wurst, ein paar Süßigkeiten die in Mini -Mini Portionen am Teller sind und den Cafe bekommt man serviert wenn man fertig ist mit dem Frühstück bei 7 Frühstücksgästen und 2 Mitarbeitern. Es soll ein familiengeführtes Hotel sein aber davon merkt man nichts. Keinerlei Begrüßung am Morgen und bei der Abreise wird man auch nicht gefragt ob einem der Aufenthalt gefallen hat. Im Poolbereich im Garten sind 14 Liegen die natürlich am Nachmittag belegt sind. Man kann sich bei 35 Grad in den heißen Innenbereich legen oder nach dem Schwimmen aufs Zimmer gehen.

Sehr zentrale Lage, hilfsbereites Personal, eigene Parkplätze in 75 m Entfernung.

Cons:

Hinweis, dass im öffentlichen Parkhaus um die Ecke keine Motorräder erlaubt sind, sollte deutlicher sein.
