This was a Nice hotel. Very Clean and the Staff was great. Maria at the reception help me with a map to train. The food was excellent . The Driver was on time
This hotel is perfect to stay overnight at the most 2 nights. It is 1hr from the Red Square with traffic and without 40 min with out. There is nothing to see around it is a neighborhood like a 3rd world country but once you arrived is just perfect. The staff is very helpful they speak good english(very hard to find in Russia).
The restaurant is good nothing spectacular but you won’t be hungry there.
This is a private hotel in a large cottage. The rooms are quite spacious and equipped with a bathroom, a closet, an A/C and a TV. You can choose beds according to your preferences. The personnel is particularly impressive and friendly; on my way to the airport the hotel owner was driving the car, and he told that he dismissed one of the staff members for being a bit impudent the next day after the accident. There’s a restaurant which serves Russian dishes throughout the day except for nighttime. You will be provided a transfer to and from the hotel when arriving and departing respectively for free.
The good part: It's out in the country, in a "dacha district" where Russians have their weekend homes, gardens. So it's quiet (except for some airplane noise) and it's a fast and easy shuttle ride to Sheremetyevo airport. The staff was helpful, personable, competent. Wifi was fast. The room was clean, had lots of plugs and a comfortable desk. There's a lovely, private backyard with places to sit and relax.
The bad part: the kitchen was slow, and the menu, overpriced. There is no other obvious place to eat other than their restaurant.
The caution: The rooms for four are two bunk beds and a very small bathroom, arranged like in a Russian train. They are only good for one person, unless the second or third person is willing to use a top bunk bed. Otherwise, there is no room to put your stuff.
The hotel is located 20-25 minutes from the airport and it's a lovely country house. The staff was polite and helpful upon arrival in arranging our short stay. There was a bit of a confusion with the airport shuttle but that was my fault - I would advice you to contact the hotel beforehand to arrange details of pick up as the shuttle only comes when requested not at a regular time interval.
Breakfast was small but tasty and adequate.
In general good value for money and perfect for a short stay in a transit.
Hi,
This hotel is close to the airport, around 15 minutes drive. The prices are far cheaper than all the other options. The staff is great and helpful, they respond fast to every question. They have free pick up and drop off three airport.
It's a great option if you have a night to spend between flights and don't want the hastle of going into the city.
The way from Airport to the Hotel is a bit scared - road works, a lot of building works around, the mud, as the result of the mentioned above.
But, wait 15 minutes: and you will meet soon:
Clean, spacious room. Nice and clean bathroom.
Smiling, client-oriented staff.
Good restaurant open until 11:00 PM proposes wide range of very tasty meals.
Free from/to Airport shuttle service.
Free breakfast and good coffee.
Go there, you will not been disappointed.
We were in this hotel only for one day before leaving Moscow, but I think that it was so amazing and beautiful as a small hotel in a village type area around Moscow.
It was comfort beautiful and it had a green yard with some toys for kids and a small wooden furnished restaurant.
Great location about 10-15 minutes from Sheremetyevo Airport. Hotel offer free taxi to and from hotel, sending sms with taxi driver's number. Very conveniet, no need to wait long.
Prices are great. You can pay by hour. We had overnight stay for 12 hours and were charged half the price.
They have different room type, starting from economy room for 4 people like a train compartment, regular rooms, lux rooms. etc.
Reception staff is very friendly, explaining everything, especially that the hotel is non-smoking. They order taxi for you, buy tickets and everything you need.
Hotel has free Wi-Fi and free computer in the lobby. Also there is a great variety of newspapers and magazines in the lobby as well as books to read.
Regular room with double bed (they also have twin room) is not very big, but enough space for two people. There is wardrobe, desk with a chair, bed lamps, TV and air conditionair.
Bathroom is small but cosy. There is also hair-dryer and toiletries. Power outlet is near the mirror which is convenient.
Restaurant at the hotel is very nice, open from 7-00 till 23-00. The food is really great. Fresh and tasty. Personnel is friendly and offer help with choosing dishes.
My opinion - this is a great hotel for overnight stay between flights. I'll recommend this hotel to my friends.
This hotel is overpriced, inconveniently located, and clueless about customer service. These things are often issues with Russian hotels, but this place was far worse than average.
The hotel is located in a "suburb" (village) 20-30 minutes from Sheremetyevo airport and more than an hour's suburban train ride away from the city center. Given that they don't confirm arrival details with their customers or remind customers of the free airport transfer service, you may end up paying a flat rate of 2300 rubles ($35) for a taxi to this place, as we did. As for the free transfer back to the airport, the hotel staff underestimated the time we would need; the traffic made us late, so that we almost missed our flight. So much for convenience!
The other reason we almost missed our flight was that the hotel staff tried to get us to pay for our room a second time.
When we arrived at the hotel, we were told that the hold on the hotel's credit card charge for the room could be released immediately, via a call to the bank. I asked if it would be better for me to simply pay by credit card. No, I was told, there's no difference. Then I stood there while the bank was called and the hold was removed on my account. I was told the room had been paid for.
The next day, when we went to check out and catch our flight, I was told that the hold had *not* been removed, the room had *not* been paid for, and that I had to pay for the whole stay again, in cash! Needless to stay, this caused a debacle that not only resulted in our having to pay again, but almost made us miss our international flight.
I haven't even mentioned here that the rooms are not up to Western standards-- there is no elevator, the furnishings are worn out, and the whole room smells like mildew and rusting pipes-- but all that was really a secondary concern. The bottom line is that the one thing that was supposed to recommend this hotel-- namely, CONVENIENCE-- was the one thing most obviously lacking.
One more note: you might think that these issues arose because of the hotel staff's difficulty communicating in English. But no! I am a fluent Russian speaker who has spent years living and/or working in Russia, and all these (mis)communications happened in Russian. I can only imagine what kind of "customer service" this place offers to those who don't speak Russian.
We stayed twice during our one-night layovers in Moscow. A very convenient hotel, primarily because of the personnel's service and customer care. For some folks, the rooms may be tight and bunk beds are unusual. Surroundings are not for walking, but the shuttle bus mitigates it.
This hotel has nice staff, clean and comfortable rooms, reasonable price and nice food. The free pick up service from SVO airport makes it an ideal choice for those waiting for transit flights. One drawback is its remote location. It's located at a decaying rural area and you can't get anywhere meaningful without using their pick up service. The hotel compensate by making itself into a very nice and comfortable place. Would visit it again.
This place is far from main road and difficult to find for taxi driver from Moscow. The signage of the hotel is on very small board. The shuttle service is good and prompt.
