- Zentrale Lage in Westendorf; 300m zum Skigebiet (Alpenrosenbahn)
- Ski-/Umzugsraum mit persönlichen Zimmerschrank, sehr sauber/groß, komfortabel und luxuriös eingerichtet (Groß TV, Wandspiegel, Waschbecken).
- Faires Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis

Pros:

„Wir haben ausdrücklich eine Familienunterkunft im Hotel gebucht und bestätigt bekommen. Stattdessen wurde uns ein Apartment in einem separaten Nebengebäude zugewiesen, bestehend aus zwei voneinander getrennten Zimmern – also weder in der gebuchten Kategorie noch in der zugesagten Lage im Hotel.

Die Inhaber zeigten keinerlei Entgegenkommen, waren wenig freundlich und haben das Thema schlicht ignoriert, anstatt den offensichtlichen Fehler einzugestehen oder sich zumindest zu entschuldigen. Wenn man ein extern gelegenes Apartment als Hotelzimmer verkauft, sollte man Verantwortung übernehmen.

Grundsätzlich hätten wir Anspruch auf eine Wertminderung bzw. Schadenersatz, aber wir möchten uns nicht weiter damit beschäftigen. Für uns bleibt es daher bei diesem einen Besuch.

Cons:

Die zugesagte Leistung wurde nicht erbracht; damit wurde der Vertrag im Wesentlichen nicht erfüllt.

Nu s-a mentionat ca apartamentele sunt în altă clădire și nu sunt în incinta hotelului, nu ne-am așteptat sa omiteti un aspect atât de important , ieșeam cu copiii de la piscina și trebuia sa mergem la -14 grade în alta clădire Haus Karolin despre care nu știam din descrierea prezentata pe Booking

Pros:

Locatie in het hart van Westendorf is helemaal fantastisch. Zwembad is echt super. Heerlijk even binnen en buiten zwemmen. We hadden iets minder weer, maar dat maakt niet uit. Alles op loopafstand in de omgeving te vinden.

Cons:

De bedden zijn echt oud en voor ons niet best. Had last van mijn rug toen we weggingen.

Super lage, wirklich gutes essen, und schone zimmer!! Mega freundliches personal und Eigentümer.

Cons:

W-lan war sehr langsam, normal überhaupt kein Problem, aber weil mein handynetz vor ort im zimmer auch slecht war hält ein bischen schade.
