All.. everything ..
One of the worst hotels we have stayed in.
- Super hot rooms with very poor air conditioning that is controlled by reception and can’t cool the rooms enough.
- Rooms are stuffed with all kind of unnecessary stuff and instructions on every single thing … hotels for idiots? Also lot of dust everywhere under the curtains if you try to move them.. looks like these rooms never been cleaned.
- toilet stuff half working and rusted in the bath tub.
- Smelling smoke everywhere and staff had no clue what to do.
- WiFi that does not work, if there are proper 5G signals then it won’t be a problem but icing on cake the WiFi is just useless.
- Breakfast not worth even … old stuff reused on breakfast with very basic limited options.
- Charge guests 30€ for using swimming pool.

Fittings and furnitures are from the past century to say the least!

La struttura è accogliente, elegante, realizzata in.un edificio storico di fronte al mare, vicino a tutte le attrazione dell'isola di Ortigia. Camera accogliente, ben climatizzata, pulita e con un letto comodo. È stata un'esperienza piacevole e positiva. Comodissima la posizione.
