Great Location and Friendly Staff
Pros:

The room was clean, bright and cozy, making for a very comfortable stay. The bathroom was a bit small, but everything was well maintained. The hotel's location is excellent, in a beautiful neighborhood close to the city center and museums. The staff were very friendly, welcoming and always happy to help.

Cons:

The only downsides were the high price and the very narrow stairs, which make carrying luggage upstairs a bit difficult. There is also no elevator.

Would definitely stay there again when visiting Amsterdam.
Pros:

Excellent location within walking distance of all the main attractions, some great bars and restaurants. Excellent breakfast and very attentive, helpful staff.

Pros:

El alojamiento está muy bien hubicado la habitación de buen tamaño,cuidada y con una ventana a un patio interno.
El desayuno es excelente,tiene variedad d efrits muy fresca y todo es bastante fresco y bien armado

Cons:

Si bien en Ámsterdam todo es pequeño los baños compartidos son muy pequeños.no son para personas robustas, apenas te puedes agachar en la ducha y mover con comodidad!,la escalera súper inclinada,hay que bajar con muchísimo cuidado,no lo recomiendo para gente mayor, tiene un poco de olor a humedad acumulada o mala ventilación en el área de habitaciones del subsuelo, algo que hay que reparar urgente pero en líneas generales bastante bien

Room was clean and bathroom perfectly adequate. Also the bar is a nice little extra ! Breakfast was absolutely fantastic ~~~ I have had worse in a bigger ‘star-rated’ hotel !! Well done to all 👏👏

Cons:

It’s a pity to say and actually nobody’s fault…..but because of the age of the building, the stairs are small in width with corner twists and very hard to manoeuvre (!) Couldn’t have managed a higher floor!

Great place and would definitely book again!
Pros:

It was in a great location and the staff was wonderful! The downstairs where you check in is a really cute cafe/restaurant. We loved the lady that was working there and so friendly when we rolled in after a long flight! I feel terrible that we didn’t catch her name but she truly went out of her way to make us feel welcomed and we loved visiting with her. We are so glad we stayed here!

Cons:

It’s certainly not the fault of the hotel but we arrived during a heat wave. We are spoiled Americans used to air conditioner blowing 12 months a year. We were okay with the fan on and windows though.

Handy for the airport bus and very central, not far from the centre and Museum Plein
Pros:

The welcome, friendliness of staff, being able to store luggage before and after check- in time,, free coffee or tea all day, the leisurely breakfast.

Cons:

Sometimes it was a little slippery underfoot in the shower. Maybe a shower mat for those more advanced in years.
