location is the best, value for money.
Pros:

Astrid was very helpful and guided me properly to travel around the city. Location is wonderful, comfortable stay and totally value for money.

Es war das perfekte Hotel mitten im Zentrum mit historischem Flair und sehr nettem Personal
Pros:

Der Tag begann mit einem gemütlichen Frühstück, bei dem für uns nichts gefehlt hat. Die heimelige Atmosphäre war für uns ein besonderes Plus nach dem Trubel in der Stadt und wir saßen gerne abends noch in der Lobby um uns mit dem Personal zu unterhalten.

Cons:

Ich hab keine Kritikpunkte.

Experiencia mochilera en Amsterdam
Pros:

La ubicación del hotel y la amabilidad del personal del hotel, asi como la explicación del mapa de la ciudad y la ubicación de los puntos de interés

Cons:

Que no hubiera elevador y que tuvimos que cargar maletas grandes y pesadas 2 pisos por escaleras muy estrechas y dificiles. Adicionalmente el baño era extremadamente pequeño y el papel higiénico era de muy mala calidad

Pros:

La posizione è centrale, situato vicino ad una piazza con tanti locali per bere e mangiare di giorno e divertirsi la sera, vicinissimo anche al museo di Van Gogh.
Lo staff è gentile e disponibile.
Camere e locali comuni puliti, si sentiva sempre il profumo dei prodotti di pulizia.
Bevande calde gratuite (caffè, etc).

Cons:

Non ho trovato nulla di negativo da segnalare per quanto riguarda le mie aspettative e preferenze.
Devo però sconsigliarlo a persone anziane e/o persone con problemi di deambulazione perché la struttura è situata nel tipico immobile olandese con scale strette e ripide e senza ascensore.

Pros:

Excelente localização. O atendimento no check in, creio que pela responsável foi excelente. O hotel dispõe de máquina de café e chá sempre à disposição - o que é muito atencioso.

Cons:

Na primeira noite um alarme disparou, tivemos todos que ser e não foram dadas quaisquer explicações do que se estava a passar. O se trata do acontecimento em si mas de não ser dado qualquer esclarecimento ou explicado ao certo a situação.
