Perfect for a short visit close to the city center.
Pros:

Great location and staff. Very helpful and friendly. Nice bar/cafe serving as lobby.

Cons:

Small basement room but comfortable enough and with garden view. Narrow stairs difficult with luggage.

Alles so wie bei booking.com angeboten, beim nächsten Besuch werden wir wieder hierher kommen. Reichhaltiges und gutes Frühstück. Kaffee, Tee und Snacks tagsüber frei!

Great stay in Amsterdam
Pros:

Astrid at the front desk was excellent in her directions and hospitality. The lobby was a nice place to relax, get a drink and chat. Would stay there again. Also, very walkable location

The stairs were a bit steep and narrow. Travel with small bag

Excellent emplacement, à 10 minutes à pieds des musées, plusieurs lignes de tram passent presque au pieds de l'immeuble!

Avoid top floor rooms as sub standard and let the Hotel down!
Pros:

Breakfast and ground floor good location good

Cons:

Top floor rooms x2 were poor standard and very small, 2 days showers were cold, manager was poor and dismissive, apparently not meeting your expectations is not a complaint, failed to match pictures advertised as none were the top floor.

Pros:

Location was good, by tram stop for ease, and by lots of restaurants & bars

Cons:

They do have a resident cat, which is not good if you have allergies, this is not mentioned anywhere when booking, we had to go and buy antihistamines

A great stay in a perfect location!
Pros:

I was a little nervous about staying in a room with shared bathroom facilities, but it was absolutely fine! The bathroom was shared between the 3x single rooms on the bottom floor, and I never had to wait for the toilet or the shower. I was also curious as to whether I'd have my own hairdryer in the room (I did!) and other bathroom type facilities (I had a mirror, a sink, towels, and soap in my room).
The location was great, really easy to get to/from the airport and the city, loads of things around to see and do and eat, and a really safe feel which was especially important to me as a single female traveler.

Cons:

The 3x single rooms are on the ground floor under reception, so it was a little noisy with things happening up there. This was solved by sleeping with the fan on for ambient noise. The fan was also helpful because there was no window I could keep open overnight - the one window was like a door to the courtyard, and I didn't feel safe sleeping with that open as a solo female traveller.
As others have mentioned, the stairs were a bit of a nightmare. I was worried about coming back to the hotel after a few drinks and breaking an ankle - but I managed!
