Pros:

Great hotel at a good location. Nice and solicitous staff, specially Jesus and Bia; and also the manager. The place is beautiful, comfortable and clean. Great breakfast buffet.

Çok erken saatte ulaştık. Erken check in ve erken kahvaltı için ekstra ödeme istediler. Bir sonraki gün çok erken çıkacağımızdan kahvaltı yapamayacaktık. Kötü yorum yazacağız deyince kahvaltıyı bir gün önce yapmamıza izin verdiler. Kahvaltısı da vasattı.
Zemin kat odalarında perdeyi açınca içerisi gözüküyor. Rahat edemedik.

Ótima relação custo-benefício. Jardim lindo e atendimento primoroso.
Pros:

Quarto simples, mas grande. Equipe muito atenciosa; prestou informações desde o momento da reserva e durante toda a estadia. Equipe fez a reserva também de passeio para o Vale do Colca, de última hora e com muita presteza. Jardim muito bonito e agradável.

Cons:

Quarto é simples, banheiro com cortina de plástico no box. Cama de conforto regular.

Das Zimmer ist zweckmäßig und absolut sauber. Die Betten sind bequem. Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Das Frühstück ist super. So vielfältig war es nirgend auf unserer Reise. Dadurch, dass die Zimmer zum hübschen Innehof gelegen sind, ist es nachts schön ruhig.

Very comfortable beds, decent breakfast and wifi.
Pros:

The rooms were decently sized, the beds were comfortable and the wifi was decent compared to other hotel wifi I've tried around the area. The smart TVs and mini fridges they provided in the rooms were a plus!

Cons:

One of our rooms were leaking through the vents because of the nursery being watered upstairs (they did fix the problem as soon as we notified the hotel staff). Also one of our bathroom sinks were very sensitive and easily burst with water pressure when you slightly used it. The location could also be better/closer to the main town square.
