Good breakfast included. Helpful staff. Lovely garden courtyard area. Under 10 minutes walk to Plaza de Armas.
Central location near the historic area and market - all walkable . Lovely garden with plenty of seating and tables. Quiet environment for a city hotel. Runs a language school which I didn’t have time to do sadly. Arranged a boxed breakfast for us when we had to leave before breakfast. Teas available in the lobby.
one thing we would suggest is that if reception suggests you can go into breakfast early because you’re leaving on a tour just as breakfast opens instead of providing you with a boxed version then you need to make sure we have access to that breakfast at the right time .
We ended up standing at the door waiting as they weren’t ready for us and in the end had to just go in and grab just a bread roll and some cheese as we had to go. it was worse than having a box as we didn’t have anything to hand to carry it in and there wasn’t much else ready eg fruit / eggs . Not ideal but communication between reception and kitchen staff needs improvement .
That all said it wouldn’t stop me staying there again as the rest was great.

I hoped the photos would do it justice and they really did. Ten minutes or so from the main Plaza, this hotel was like an oasis in a very busy city with its old world hacienda charm, featuring a large, central courtyard, filled with greenery and comfortable seating all around. The rooms were very comfortable and faced inward towards the courtyard. From my ground floor room, I didn't hear a thing at night.
They served a great breakfast which featured indoor and outside seating.
Best of all were the staff, who were so friendly and helpful, and who made you feel genuinely welcome from the moment you arrived.
I'd say the only downside was the time it took to receive hot water. It happened but one had to be patient.

Whilst I appreciate the price point for this hotel, the breakfast was rather disappointing (basic).

TV wouldn’t work or connect to wifi so no apps could be used & wifi didn’t work much in the room but was fine outside

Çok erken saatte ulaştık. Erken check in ve erken kahvaltı için ekstra ödeme istediler. Bir sonraki gün çok erken çıkacağımızdan kahvaltı yapamayacaktık. Kötü yorum yazacağız deyince kahvaltıyı bir gün önce yapmamıza izin verdiler. Kahvaltısı da vasattı.
Zemin kat odalarında perdeyi açınca içerisi gözüküyor. Rahat edemedik.
