Great breakfast and spacious room. The garden is so cozy

De verdad el servicio no era bueno no había servicio de comida
Prachtige binnentuin waar ‘s morgens ontbeten kan worden. Wil je gedurende de dag heerlijk chillen dan kan dit ook. Je komt hier helemaal tot rust!
Heerlijk ruime kamers, fijne bedden, fijne douche.
Het personeel is uitermate vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Toen wij opgehaald werden voor de Colca Canyon tour heeft de dame aan de receptie (ben haar naam helaas vergeten) ervoor gezorgd dat onze koffers gereed stonden, we nog snel konden ontbijten (ze vond een ontbijtzak om mee te nemen niet zo fijn voor ons) en ze kwam ons persoonlijk ophalen om naar de bus te brengen!!
Ook kregen we een early check-in toen we met de nachtbus om 5:30 uur vanuit Nazca arriveerden.
Een overheerlijk en gevarieerd ontbijt!
Maar 10 minuutjes lopen tot de Plaza de Armas

Need to leave the key in reception to get the room cleaned. We were not informed about during check in
O hotel é lindo, a decoração é incrível. Quarto e banheiro muito limpos. Roupas de cama e banho de qualidade. Chuveiro excelente.
Eine zentral gelegene, ruhige und finanziell stimmige Unterkunft, mit einem sehr schönen Innenhof, wo man das gute Frühstück einnehmen und sich tagsüber auch mal gut aufhalten kann. Die Zimmer sind groß und sauber. Betten sind groß, komfortabel und warm. Die Dusche war immer heiß. An der Rezeption kann man sich kostenlos einen Tee machen.
Leider gehen alle Fenster zum Innenhof und man muss die Gardinen geschlossen halten (dunkle Zimmer). Es könnte einen Wasserkocher geben (für Wärmflasche und Tee).

Great location in a quiet neighborhood close to the city center (7 min walk). Very friendly and helpful staff. Very nice courtyard, excellent breakfast.
Breakfast was nice, the location was good and staff were generally friendly.
The beds were hard, the duvet was very heavy and the room had dark long hair on the floor and I know they were not mine! Also we were overcharged when we checked in early but we eventually got a refund for the amount overcharged. We stayed 3 nights and as we were leaving at 5:00-5:30am on our last day to catch a bus, we asked on 2 occasions if we could get a takeaway breakfast and both times we were told we could, however nothing was there for us on check out.

WiFi didn’t work from room I was in you had to head towards entrance. Passport was asked for 3x
Toilets near reception had no loo roll on an evening or next day
Really lovely garden area for breakfast, an oasis in the city, we felt very relaxed. Seemed to be a community feel and we could use the kitchen fridge to store restaurant leftovers. Free teas 24 hours. Warm showers. Comfy bed. Helpful & friendly staff.

No tiene ascensor
Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft (schöner Innenhof fürs gute Frühstück, Bett war sehr groß - Zimmer 38 -, Badausstattung sehr gut). Hier kann man auch gut einen Tag vom Reisen pausieren und etwas chillen.
Der Geruch im Bad war ein wenig unangenehm. Aber klar: ein altes Haus und die Sonne schien den ganzen Tag auf diese Hausseite.
La posizione dell'albergo è buona rispetto al centro storico di Arequipa, in dieci minuti si arriva nella piazza principale e vicino ad alcune attrazioni turistiche o locali per ristorarsi.
La struttura presenta i segni del tempo e pur essendo un tre stelle non corrisponde agli stessi standard che abbiamo in Europa a parità di classificazione. La colazione è stata sufficiente. Non sono organizzati a provvederla quando a motivo delle escursioni bisogna partire presto la mattina.
