Loved This Hotel
Pros:

This was our favourite hotel in our 3 1/2 weeks of travel in Peru. We stayed here 3 nights over the course of 4 days, with a trip to Colca Canyon in between. Our room was spacious, clean and very quiet, in spite of the hotel being located near some busy streets. We especially appreciated the settee at the foot of the bed which allowed us to more easily organize and reorganize the contents of our luggage. The hotel itself is very spacious with a beautiful large courtyard complete with comfy outdoor furniture, a huge salon/games room as well as many lovely sitting areas. The front desk staff was very attentive to any and all of our requests. We appreciated being able to store some luggage while we travelled to Colca Canyon. The hotel’s proximity to Plaza des Armes which was a mere 5 blocks (< 10 minutes) away was another huge plus. We would definitely look to stay at this hotel again should we ever find ourselves back in Arequipa and would definitely recommend it to anyone we know traveling to this city.

A calm oasis away from the hustle and bustle of the White City
Pros:

A few blocks away from Plaza de Armas, a calm oasis from the hustle and bustle of the White City. Breakfast was good and you could sit in the garden or inside. After a long morning sight seeing it was nice to spend the afternoon in the garden. Staff were helpful and would recommend booking their Colca Canyon trip.

Pros:

The staff was so nice! They made sure I had breakfast to go as I left earlier than breakfast time.
The garden is really amazing, and the bed comfortable.

Cons:

There was a lack of little attentions (e.g., the shower didn't have curtains, there was only one towel), but it didn't affect my stay much.

Decepcionante
Pros:

Antes de hablar del lugar decir q Arequipa es un lugar bellisimo que hay que ir y que su gente es absolutamente esepctacular. Dicho esto, sobre el hotel el jardín muy bien cuidado, la gente de limpieza sumamente agradable y el desayuno. No mucho más.

Cons:

- el internet es malísimo, en una habitación, la primera q me quede directamente la tv no tenía internet. Me pasaron a otra que si tenía pero se cortaba bastante.
- lo más grave a mi entender resulta en que me cobraron un adicional por algo en lo cual en ningún momento se aclaro (de antemano) que no estaba permitido hacer. O sea, si lo aclaras y lo haces luego a conciencia está ok el cobro, hacerlo sin previo aviso y poniendo un monto arbitrario me pareció un robo. A tener CUIDADO pq no solo cobran adicionales que no están justificados sino que te escriben por whatsapp para regularizar la "supuesta deuda" y no cobrarlo al hacer check out como un establecimiento normal.
No me gustó la opacidad del lugar en sus términos y condiciones, No volvería y muchísimo menos recomendaría.

Hôtel très sympa, confortable et bien situé.
Pros:

Nous avons beaucoup aimé l’hôtel, en particulier la petite cour très mignonne. La chambre d’en haut était très confortable et spacieuse (mieux que celle proposée au début en bas). Tout le personnel a été adorable. Ils nous ont réservé toutes nos excursions/taxis. L’endroit est relativement calme.

Cons:

Dans la nuit du 03 au 04 mai à 2h du matin, papa âne, maman âne, et leur crétin d’ânon ont décidé qu’ils étaient seuls au monde et ont commencé à braire dans tout l’hôtel.
L’hôtel reste calme si les personnes sont respectueuses.

Pros:

Unser Zimmer war eher klein und dunkel aber ansonsten völlig ok. Es gibt jedoch einen wunderbaren Garten mit vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten. Auch das Personal ist super nett und sehr bemüht einem den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Das Frühstück fanden wir gut. Nur Kaffee sollte man eher in einem Café geniessen.

Cons:

Das Zimmer hatte keine Heizung und dadurch war es in der Nacht, trotz der vielen Decken, ziemlich kühl.

Pros:

L'hôtel est joli et calme. Les chambres donnent sur un patio verdoyant. Elles sont spacieuses et la literie est bonne.
Le personnel est très accueillant et arrangeant. La présence d'un local pour déposer les bagages est très appréciable. Le petit déjeuner est très bien.

Dommage, le lieu est vraiment super mais on peut avoir de mauvaises surprises.
Pros:

Hôtel de charme très bien décoré, chambre spacieuse.

Cons:

Un hôtel qui vend un lieu calme et de repos accepte une équipe de water polo, une vingtaine de jeunes pas vraiment encadrés qui m’ont gâchés mon séjour en faisant beaucoup de bruit, au petit dej, le soir. Je n’ai pas pu me reposer comme voulu. Ils m’ont réveillé, sont entrés dans ma chambre et la direction n’était pas très réactive.
De plus le dernier jour, on ne m’a pas réveillée à 4 heures comme demandé pour un départ de l’hôtel. Heureusement que mon portable a fonctionné !

The staff were all very helpful and friendly. Great hot water in the shower and comfy bed
