Pros:

Café da manhã preparado pela Ana servido pela Dina, fizeram o diferencial.
O atendimento na recepção pelo Denis superou a expectativa.
Os demais da equipe muito cordiais e atendem muito bem!

Nichts, nur die Lage ist ok.

Cons:

Es ist ein disaster. Mit 180€/d ist es viel teurer als 5 Sterne Hotels, hat aber nichts anzubieten. Bilder sind stark bearbeitet, Ales ziemlich rudimänter. Frühstück auch kathastrophe. Schlechtestes Hotel das ich in Kolumbien hatte. Es gibt viel bessere, aber auch günstigere Hotels um die Ecke, für lokaler Verhältnisse. Achtung, Stornierungsfenster auch getrickst, also nicht bis zum Vortag, wie üblich, sondern endet viel früher.

O melhor de Cartagena.
Pros:

Sensacional. Um homem boutique que supera muitos outros que já frequentamos em outros países. O nível de tranquilidade e de cortesia e educação dos funcionários é de elogiar eternamente. Exemplo, a Diná e a Ana. Parabéns pela equipe. A turma da recepção nem se fala. Ótimos e cordiais. Quarto limpo, climatizado, banheiros sensacionais e limpos, conforto, silencio e internet sem problemas.

Cons:

Poderiam ter nos segurado mais na cidade. :). Nada de ruim aconteceu, ate no horário da chuva foi bom ficar pelo hotel. O local é acolhedor e o sossego nos fez adorar mais ainda

Excelente ubicación, personal muy amable
Pros:

Es un hotel que está muy bien ubicado, muy lindo, limpio. El personal es súper atento, Dina la señora del desayuno un amor y los chicos de la recepción, principalmente el de la mañana siempre dispuestos a ayudarnos. Contratamos todos los tour gracias a ellos que nos asesoraron y no tenían problema en explicarnos con detalle cuestiones de la ciudad y demás. Volveríamos sin duda. Gracias!

Tolle Lage, wunderschönes Boutique Hotel!
Pros:

Tolle Lage, in mitten der Altstadt, fussläufig von vielen tollen Restaurants und doch ruhig.
Wunderschöner Patio, schöner kleiner Pool oben, mit Schatten und ein paar Liegen mit Handtücher.
Frühstück sehr gut. Nettes Personal.

Cons:

Nur eine Kleinigkeit: kein richtiges Fenster in meinem Zimmer, aber ist nicht besonders wichtig.

Muy agradable y acogedora nos trataron excelente!!!

Limpieza, amabilidad del personal, buena ubicación, pese a estar en una zona de mucho movimiento, en la habitación no se oye absolutamente nada!!

Cons:

Que no tenga ascensor, estoy al momento con movilidad reducida y no pude subir a la piscina.

Excelente Hotel
Pros:

El Hotel es muy bonito, tiene una decoración hermosa, es muy acogedor, el personal es muy amable y los desayunos muy ricos, está frente a una plaza rodeada por restaurantes y locales comerciales, tiene buena ubicación y con seguridad policial por el sector.
Recomiendo probar la limonada de coco del bar del hotel, la mejor que probé en todo Cartagena.

Sehr schönes Hotel - kann man gerne dort schlafen
Pros:

Die alte Mauer aus dem 18 Jahrhundert auf dem das Haus aufgebaut ist. Frühstück sehr gut.

Cons:

Die Zimmer wirkten auf den Bildern größer. Sie waren tatsächlich sehr klein. Winzig kleiner Pool - wir sind nicht hingegangen.

A distastrous hotel where the photos fool you.

It was disgustingly bad. On booking they post amazing photos from a spacious nicely decorated room. We booked it. Got a windowless cubicle that a youth hostel would be ashamed of, beds that were suitable for midgets, and staff that was beyond rude, ‘you can leave if you don’t like the room’.
