Pros:

Hermoso TODO! La atención es de primera! Cada persona en el hotel te ayuda en lo que puede y más!
La ubicación es espectacular, cerca de todo y muy segura.
Cero problemas con el ruido o el agua caliente (cosa que lei en otros hoteles de las que se quejaban y parecían “normales”)

Staff warm friendly and helpful.
We had a room beside the breakfast dining area but were not disturbed by any noise.
It might be noisier if the hotel was full of guests?
Loved the decor - interesting, historical and nicely finished.
Breakfast menu had lots of options.

Cons:

It was a little bit more expensive than I had planned for - but we were there at the weekend.

Exceptional, gorgeous hotel for rest and fun in the heart of the Walled City in Cartagena
Pros:

This is such a charming property - in a perfect location. It is beautifully decorated and clean and very quiet. Just outside of the hotel is a lovely park, and so many restaurants, shops, etc. The rooftop pool is fun, especially after a day in the tropical heat. The staff are so warm and helpful - they offer assistance in Spanish and English. The beds are big and firm and the pillows are great, too. We were shocked by how quiet the hotel is - and you have both a fan and AC. Exceptional!

Cons:

The only small issue was that my internet connectivity was quite slow - and this may have just been an issue with my old phone.

My stay at Casa de la Fe was truly one of the best experiences I’ve had through Booking. The room was spotless, the apartment’s cleanliness impeccable, and the attention to detail throughout the hotel made me feel special at every moment. The staff were exceptionally kind, especially William and Dina, whose warmth and hospitality brought joy to my stay.
The hotel’s location is perfect—nestled in the historic center, close to excellent restaurants, the iconic Clock Tower, and just a short walk to the pier where boats depart for the beaches. Everything about Casa de la Fe exceeded my expectations, from the atmosphere to the service. I left with wonderful memories and would gladly return. Highly recommended!

Cons:

There was an inconvenience with the internet during my stay due to external cabling problems from the provider. It was clear this was beyond the hotel’s control, and I appreciated seeing how genuinely concerned the staff were about the situation. Their professionalism and care made sure it didn’t affect the enjoyment of my visit.

Lovely quiet friendly hotel in Walled City
Pros:

Staff are outstanding. Absolutely everyone was so kind, friendly and helpful. Best hotel staff of our entire trip. Arranged some good guided events for us. Comfortable beds. Breakfast was fantastic -plates of fresh fruit, juices, basket of breads and then could order off the menu. Omelette was great. Fabulous location-in a slightly quieter area in the walled city but easily walkable everywhere.

Cons:

The central courtyard was beautiful but had quite a musty odour as they did not run the fans regularly. Would have been a nice space to hang out during the day otherwise. Rooftop pool had vultures drinking from it when we went up; maybe a problem everywhere but it did turn us off pool. Also. Would have been nice if rooftop open later than 9 as would have been nice to sit up there in the breeze at night and read my book.
