Úžasný zážitek
Pros:

Prodloužený víkend jsme si naprosto užili. Okolí jezera Achensee je krásné a kouzelné.
Vybavení hotelu předčilo mé očekávání, hotel je velice klidný, čistý a musím velmi pochválit personál, neboť vše bylo na profesionální úrovni.

Rádi na toto místo zavítáme znovu.

Das Zimmer war sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Kein Kühlschrank (uns wurde dann gesagt, dass man den nur auf Anfrage bekommt … im Juli!) Man konnte direkt vom 2.OG (Skypool und Terrasse des Wellnessbereichs) auf unser Bett sehen.
Im Zimmer war ein Teppichboden. Da ich an Allergie leide und nach 2 Nächten Probleme mit dem Atmen hatte, fragte ich nach, ob wir ein Zimmer ohne Teppich bekommen könnten. Uns wurde dann eine Suite für 250€ pro Person pro Nacht AUFSCHLAG zu dem was wir eh schon gezahlt haben, angeboten. Das haben wir dankend abgelehnt. Am Abreisetag habe ich dies an der Rezeption nochmal erwähnt. Sie meinte, warum wir nichts gesagt hätten, dann hätten wir doch ein anderes Zimmer bekommen. Alles in allem haben wir noch nie so ein schlechtes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis am Achensee gehabt und wir haben bestimmt schon 15 Hotels ausprobiert. Das Kristall sieht uns leider nicht wieder.

Pros:

Hotel was very modern and very spacious. Well designed bedrooms and communal areas. Very luxurious and tastefully curation of design throughout the hotel. The food was excellent, probably amongst the best we had in Austria, amazing breakfasts and dinners.The spa very extensive, with numerous saunas and treatment rooms.

Cons:

The hotel was not able to accomodate our request made at the time of booking to have rooms close to each other, which was important to us as my mother needs extensive help.

They were also not able to accomodate us not having to move mid stay, in spite of being asked when we checked in and also did not confirm that we would have to move until 20 mins before we had to check out of the first rooms and that was only because we asked again.

We had to check out of our rooms at 10.30 am and could only access the new rooms after 1pm, having to carry all our luggage downstairs and then back up again 2.5hrs later, which somewhat ruined our spa plans for that day.

The hotel is also surrounded by building sites and overlooked by a large crane, which is not their fault but is unfortunate.

Perfect location to enjoy Pertisau and the beautiful Lake Achensee! The room was beautiful with 2 balconies and gorgeous views of the mountains. The bathrooms were immaculate and spacious and the toilet was in a separate area from the rest of the bathroom which was wonderful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there!

Alles sehr schön und neu, für unseren Geschmack zu rustikal, da ja eigentlich alles relativ neu ist, warum dann nicht modern gestalten! Was sehr angenehm war, dass die Saunen nie überfüllt waren. Sehr nettes Personal, jedoch ein bisschen zu viel Händegeschüttle, am Empfang, zur Abendessensbegrüssung und dann noch vom Ober.

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herrn,
wir können dieses Hotel auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen, denn wir haben uns rund herum sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war eine entspannte Atmosphäre im Hotel, der Service war aufmerksam und sehr nett. Das Essen hat uns allen drei wirklich sehr gut geschmeckt. Es war ein toller Urlaub und das Hotel Kristall hat sehr viel dazu beigetragen. Ein herzliches Dankeschön.
