Ein wunderschönes, sehr sauberes Hotel mit herzlichem Personal, besonderem Charme und perfekter Lage

Das Hotel Casanova hat uns mit seiner Sauberkeit, der schönen Lage und vor allem dem außergewöhnlich freundlichen und aufmerksamen Personal begeistert – man fühlt sich hier wirklich herzlich willkommen. Die Umgebung bietet zahlreiche Sehenswürdigkeiten, Museen und Ausflugsziele, und durch die laufenden Renovierungen merkt man, dass das Hotel mit viel Liebe und Engagement weiterentwickelt wird. Eine wunderbare Unterkunft mit besonderem Charme, die wir jederzeit gerne weiterempfehlen und wieder buchen würden!

Pros:

Der Empfang war sehr angenehm und freundlich. Die Einrichtung des Zimmers 215 ist sehr speziell im historischem Stil und hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Der Parkplatz ist direkt vor dem Hotel.

Cons:

Der Außenbereich ist ungepflegt. Frühstück ohne Obst.

Fajn místo, hotel, super recepční
Pros:

Moc děkujeme ochotné paní recepční která nám poskytla skvělé rady ohledně dopravy na festival, hodně jsme ušetřili.

Cons:

Akorát ráno, když jsme ještě chtěli spát, nás probudily hlučné pokojské/uklízečky. Několikrát jsme slyšeli jak na sebe pokřikovali když asi uklízely a hledaly ručníky, tak to bylo trošku nekomfortní, když jsme většinu noci nespali protože jsme byli na festivalu a pak těch pár hodin kvůli kterým jsme pokoj bookli byli vyrušováni.

Skvěle zrekonstruovaná koupelna a toaleta.

Cons:

Objednal jsem si dvoulůžkový pokoj s manželskou postelí a na pokoji se nacházel pouze jeden noční stolek bez lampičky a pouze jedna židle u stolu! Malé a slehlé polštáře, které člověk ani nevnímal, že je má pod hlavou!

Výborné ubytování - rozhodně doporučuji.
Pros:

Velmi ochotná p. recepční, výborná snídaně - párky, míchaná vejce, volská oka, ovoce... (a oceňuji kávovar pro neomezernou možnost přípravy skvělé kávy). Perfektní moderní nová koupelna, voňavé ručníky, lahev Mattoni, výborná wifi. Vlastní oplocené bezplatné parkoviště s dostatkem míst přímo u hotelu. K dispozici výtah. Celkově tedy bezvadné ubytování (až na několik výhrad - viz dole).

Cons:

Polštář už něco asi pamatuje a nebyl pohodlný, chtělo by to nový a kvalitnější. U postele není noční stolek ani lampička. V koupelně ani v pokoji jsem nenašla odpadkový koš.

Номер хочь і простенький або там було чисто. Був фен, чайник, кава чорна, 3 в 1 та чай.
Сам готель виглядає гарно. Дуже гарне розташування. Біля озера, не далеко були супермаркети та вокзал.
