Pros:

Great location, very cheap/ easy parking nearby, staff was very nice/ friendly. Lovely view from room

Cons:

Loud noise level outside very late at night and very early in the morning even with earplugs (bar across the street left music on even after closing and threw kegs around onto a truck at 6:00 in the morning) room was VERY warm even with a fan so the window couldn't be closed

Is located i. The town centre very close to the shops buses and trains, shops and restaurants

Cons:

2x was running not very hot water for shower. But very friendly staff, helpfull and always smiling. Thank you for that , it make my stay very pleasant. And thank you to a cleaning ladies . I had always cofee and clean towels and even clean room x

Pros:

Excellent location (once i figured out where to park my car...car park 3€/day 1 block away), super nice and helpful staff, great room/bed and a tub which I haven't found anywhere else during my trip and I love to soak at the end of a long day of traveling! Unlimited shops/pubs outside the hotel...or great pub there. 5 minutes from Ross Castle where I did jaunting carts/boat cruise today.

Very Noisy
Pros:

Really loved the room and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was very good

Cons:

It’s an old property and the plumbing is noisy. The heating did not work properly, the in-room phone did not connect with Reception and unfortunately our neighbour in the adjacent room had a party until 3.00 in the morning. Not the fault of the hotel but not a great experience for us. We did report to the hotel but only there for one night so we moved on

No curtains, fully bright in room from 5am.
Very loud until 2am.
Not conducive to sleep.
Very expensive for the quality of accommodation, very basic.

The location was great. It was central to everything. The staff were lovely & so friendly. The room was so spacious with tea & coffee facilities. The bathroom was real modern also.
