Záleží na vašich prioritách. 4* hotel to není.
Pros:

Pokud chcete v Brně jen přespat, spíš plánujete vylety v okolí, pak je to dobrá volba. Naším cílem bylo cestovat po hradech, než se zdržovat ve městě. Prioritou bylo s klidem zaparkovat, což ubytko splnilo na jedničku - jste hned u hotelu. Bonus v tomto případě byla výpadovka, díky níž jste se dostali rychle z mesta.
Ubytování nabízí jen snídani, čili okolní Tesco a jiné poměrně pohodlně zachraňují situaci. Pokoj byl čistý, klima pomohla od vedra a pohled na dálnici v našem případě byl vlastně zajímavý zážitek. Personál byl převážně milý, zejména blond ,,paní snídaňová".
Nicméně pokud chcete krásné okolí na procházky, budete zklamáni.

Cons:

Chudé snídaně. Jedná se o prakticky jeden stolek s dvěma teplými boxy, ovoce bylo nedoplněné, v našem případě pár zbylých plátků melounu. Pokud máte alergii na laktozu, lepek nebo chcete jíst více zdravě, je to celkem bída. Neodpovídá to 4* hotelu ať se na to podivate z jakékoli strany.
Stěny jsou poměrně tenké, v jeden moment na WC slyšíte i člověka psát textovky. Když hlučí lidé na chodbě, což bylo hned první večer, pak to slyšíte jak přes papír. Zkrátka vemte s sebou spunty do uší. Nefungovala lednička, ale vzhledem ke krátkému ubytování jsme se rozhodli to neřešit.

Jauku, ramu, švaru, kambarys nedidelis, bet fainas. Buvo kondicionierius, geriamo vandens buteliukai, fenas, pusryčiai gausūs ir skanūs, restorano kiemelis jaukus, gražus. Prie pat, kitoje gatvės pusėje, didelis prekybos centras. Ten valgėme japoniško maisto.

Cons:

Kad kambaryje nebuvo virdulio, puodeliu, kavos ir arbatos, šaldytuvo ir už lango garažai ir statybvietė.

It's a good place with a friendly staff. Parking space in front of the place and behind a gate too.
Pros:

The place was nice and tidy, the breakfast was more than good. We had more options to pick, the pastry was fresh. The room and the bathroom was clean. The parking space closed by a gate for the night.

Fantastyczny relaks.
Pros:

Wypoczywaliśmy w pokoju - kapitańska kajuta. Wypaśne pomieszczenie do tego z wanną. Wygoda i komfort. Bardzo dobre śniadanie. Obiekt oddalony lekko od miasta, tuż przy markecie. Nam jak najbardziej to pasowało.

Perfect for short stays
Pros:

Large room with comfortable bed. AirCondition was extremely useful in the hot summer day.
Breakfast was perfect and staff very kind.
Will be happy to come again.

Cons:

The walls in the room were a bit dirty on some places.
As the hotel stands right next to busy road, you can hear some noise with windows open.
