Seinen Zweck erfüllt und konnte ich mich paar Stunden erholen

ch habe kürzlich in diesem Hotel übernachtet.

Die Sauberkeit war wirklich hervorragend – alles war tipptopp sauber. Auch das Doppelbett war sehr angenehm.

Mein Zimmer lag im obersten Stockwerk (kein weiterer Stock darüber). Die Fenster waren für mich jedoch zu hoch, was ein unangenehmes Gefühl ausgelöst hat – das ist natürlich Geschmackssache, aber vielleicht für andere Gäste wichtig zu wissen.

Leider war es nachts durch eine laute Klimaanlage bzw. ein Außengerät am Fenster sehr störend, sodass ich nicht gut schlafen konnte.

Das Frühstück war eher enttäuschend. Getränke konnte man selbst nehmen, aber die Auswahl war insgesamt sehr begrenzt (z. B. kein Obst). Für ein 4-Sterne-Hotel hätte ich mehr erwartet.

Insgesamt sauber und in Ordnung, aber mit Verbesserungspotenzial. Ich würde empfehlen, gezielt nach einem ruhigeren Zimmer zu fragen.

Pros:

Hotel na uboczu, ale blisko przystanku autobusowego, którym dojechać można na centrum Brna. W pobliżu hotelu również centrum handlowe czynne nawet w niedzielę do późnego wieczora. Hotel ładny, zadbany z przyjaznym wnętrzem i miłą obsługą. Pokój przestronny z wygodnym łóżkiem i ładną łazienką. W pokoju ekspres do kawy, szklanki, filiżanki i woda butelkowa. Była dostępna również lodówka. Śniadania skromne, ale można się najeść. Polecam

Blisko trasy i dużego sklepu - dobra lokalizacja jeśli jest się przejazdem. Blisko do komunikacji miejskiej.

Cons:

Standard dużo poniżej deklarowanych 4 gwiazdek.
Dość ubogie śniadania - mały wybór.
Niewygodne materace.

Celkem klid,milý personál. Autobus kousek od hotelu.

Cons:

Oproti jiným hotelům za tu cenu,určitě lepší vyběr snídaně.Měkká matrace.Spali jsme jen jednu noc tak dobré.

Cons:

Nefunkční lednice na pokoji - vypojená z elektřiny. Proč tam tedy vůbec je? Pro zapojení jsem se musel komplikovaně dostat k zásuvce, přičemž tam byla natolik silná vrstva prachu, že jsem dostal silný alergický záchvat. Když jsem poté po práci kolem 11. hodiny večer přicházel unavený na ubytování, vchod do budovy byl uzamčený a tam byla A4 s nápisem “přijdu hned”. Ani po 15minutovém čekání nikdo nepřišel, tedy byl jsem nucen zavolat na hotelové číslo, aby někdo vůbec přišel odemknout. Přičemž na žádnou takovou překážku jsem při check-inu nebyl upozorněn.. Celkově tedy spíše zklamaní a už bych stejné ubytování znovu nevyužil.
