Poloha hotelu, báječný personál, snídaně

Cons:

Múj pokoj neměl klimatizaci a bez pomoci pana recepčního, který mi zapůjčil svůj vlastní ventilátor, bych tam asi nevydržela (letní Morava, 32C). Ve sprchovém koutě klouzala podlaha.

Hotel HELL

Lokalizacja hotelu jest bardzo dobra, przy samym rynku.

Cons:

Zarezerwowałem 4 osobowy pokój. Ale zanim to zrobiłem sprawdziłem na stronie WWW hotelu, że można wykupić usługę klimatyzacji.Hotel nie różnicował w opisie w których pokojach klimatyzacja jest dostępna - ta informacja jest pod opisem wszystkich pokoi. Zarezerwowałem więc pokój bez możliwości odwołania. Już po rezerwacji i opłaceniu pobytu Hotel poinformował że w tym pokoju nie ma klimatyzacji. Jako że w dniu naszego pobytu miało być 37-39*C chciałem odwołać rezerwacje, ale hotel się nie zgodził. Spędziliśmy noc w pokoju który cały dzień jest nasłoneczniony (ekspozycja na południowy-zachod) okna są na całej ścianie,, który nie ma żadnych rolet, a jedyną osłoną są zasłony pamiętające lata 80te. Pokój nie ma żadnej wentylacji, nie można nawet zrobić przeciągu z klatki schodowej, bo okna na niej się nie otwierają. Jak otwierasz okno, to wpada jeszcze więcej ciepła, a w nocy hałas z samochodów jeżdżących pod samym oknem. Hotel wprowadza w błąd co do dostępności klimatyzacji na swojej WWW, a jak już zapłacisz za pobyt, uniemożliwia odwołanie rezerwacji. Ten pokój w ogóle nie powinien być przedmiotem wynajmu, nie ma szans na odpoczynek.
Klamka od łazienki wypadała i nie można było zamknąc drzwi - krępujące jak ktoś korzysta z WC.
Śniadanie było skromne, podczas robienia kawy z ekspresu wypadł jakiś skrzep ze starego mleka, natomiast jajecznica była bardzo dobra.

Ubytování standart, ranní snídaně postačujíci 7-9h., personál ochodný. Hotelový dům má za sebou několik století, tak že je s tím třeba počitat. Doporučuji si zaplatit parkoviště, proto že s parkováním je v blízkosti problém a policie to tam dost kontroluje.

Cons:

Někomu by mohly vadit ráno vrtkání holubů, v ledničce bylo větší teplo než v pokoji, příliš dlouhé schody do pater, příplatek za klimatizaci 150K,č na den. Zpoplatnění parkování. Všude kolem je na silnicích žulová dlažba, tak že proždějící auta jsou hlučná. Pokoje ze dvora jsou tišší.

Hotel liegt zentral. Man kann von dort aus die Stadt erkunden. Es ist eine sehr schöne Altstadt.

Lovely property in the middle of the town so great access everywhere

Cons:

Not the most comfortable beds and pillows. Very hot in the room considering I kept my window wide open and temperature outside was around 17 degrees. Also needed to walk out through two locked doors besides the main door and the gate.

Kiváló elhelyezkedés. Van saját parkolója.

Cons:

Leromlott, koszos, felújítandó. A személyzet még abba is beleszól, hogy a parkoló autó első kerekei merre álljanak. A reggeli szegényes, a kávé ihatatlan. Vasárnap reggel 5:58-kor valaki elkezdte nyomkodni a folyosón lévő zongorát felverve az egész szállodát.
