Nettes Personal, die Lage zum Lift ist super.

Cons:

Wir hatten Zimmer, die nicht saniert wurden und sehr Altmodisch eingerichtet waren.
Man konnte unsere 2 Zimmer die nahbeieinander liegen sollten erstmal nicht umsetzen, obwohl ich Tage vorher nochmal per Email ausdrücklich darauf hingewiesen hatte.
Erst am nächsten Tag und nach nochmaliger Nachfrage hatten wir wenigstens ein Zimmer
auf der selben Etage bekommen.
Zimmer im allgemeinen sehr hellhörig.
An manchen Tagen war sehr viel Trubel.

Prima voor een paar dagen maar niet nog een keer

Prima ontbijt, lekker zwembad, dichtbij de skilift

Personeel in het restaurant niet heel aardig, eten prima maar wel een vreetschuur, drinken wordt opgedrongen om ge kopen, eten vooral veel en niet al te beste kwaliteit, ontbijt wel goed
Wij zaten in een appartement wat niet in kohlerhof zat terwijl dat wel geboekt stond, is in een huis in de straat en daa loop je iedere keer buiten naar het hotel om te eten en te zwemmen, niet duidelijk aangegeven op de site van booking dus let goed op!
Wordt ook niet tussendoor schoongemaakt!
Hotel is wel gedateerd, gaat niet mee met de tijd

Top skivakantie gehad.
Pros:

Super leuk hotel. Van alle comfort voorzien.
Enorm uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet.
Heerlijk avondeten.
Vlak bij de kabelbaan en de bushalte, met gratis skivervoer.

Cons:

Een beetje jammer dat de gerechten van het avondeten nogal snel na elkaar komen.

Obsługa bardzo miła, starała się nadrobić niedociągnięcia w pokojach. Jedzenie było bardzo dobre. Lokalizacja super, po wyjściu z hotelu praktycznie wchodziło się do gondoli na stok.

Cons:

Jakość pokoi odbiegała od moich oczekiwań. Zimne grzejniki - dostaliśmy stary grzejnik olejak do dogrzewania pokoju. W jednym z pokoi ciekła woda z sufitu i ściana była mokra.

Die Verpflegung und die Bedienungen waren super, alle sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und auch die Rezeption. Es gab niemanden, der nicht freundlich war. Der Mitarbeiter hinter der Jause unfassbar aufmerksam und nett. Unsere Bedienung am Tisch war soooo unfassbar freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Die Appartements sind wunderschön und riesig, allerdings müsste hier an der ein oder anderen Stelle noch nachgebessert werden (Appartements sind noch nicht lange in der Vermietung)

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt für uns und unsere Gäste

Super schönes und großes Zimmer ( Kuschelnest), mit einem riesigen Balkon. Öffnungszeiten Schwimmbad ab 07:00 Uhr mega. Fabelhaftes Frühstücksbuffet. Preis/Leistungsverhältnis passt auf alle Fälle.

Vielen Dank für den liebevoll dekorierten Geburtstagstisch, den Prosecco für uns und unsere Gäste sowie das kleine Gastgeschenk. Dies war sehr aufmerksam und hat uns sehr gefreut.

Die Sängerin am Freitag, 27.02.2026 bei der Jause war Hervorragend.
DJ Steve am Mittwoch, 25.02.2026 war echt cool.

Cons:

Abendessen, durch die Größe des Hauses, sehr viele Gäste, dementsprechend je nachdem wo man den Tisch bekommt, zum Teil sehr laut. Haben einmal HP ausprobiert, leider war der Zwiebelrostbraten mehr als trocken und geröstete Zwiebel gab es auch nicht. Die weiteren Aufenthaltstage haben wir a la carte gegessen. Zum Teil lange Wartezeiten. Im großen und ganzen fanden wir das Abendessen im letzten Jahr besser.
