Wunderschöner Urlaub in einem tollen Hotel
Pros:

Das Frühstück war aussergewöhnlich gut 👍 und die Aussicht in die Landschaft wunderschön.

Cons:

Die Kommunikation vorab über Booking war nicht gut. Auf Fragen habe ich keine Antwort erhalten.

Toller Kurzurlaub.
Pros:

Das Hotel und das Essen waren sehr sehr gut.
Die Damen an der Rezeption waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch im Restaurant - Frühstück und Abendessen - waren sehr reichhaltig, wirklich für jeden etwas dabei . Auch nachmittags auf der Terrasse waren die Speisen und Getränke sehr gut.
Auch im Spabereich war alles prima und eine tolle freundliche Therapeutin hat uns sehr gut behandelt.
Die Lage auch perfekt zum Skilaufen und zum Wandern oder Fahrrad fahren.

Cons:

Leider waren unsere Zimmer (3) noch nicht renoviert und sehr alt . Unser Doppelzimmer war etwas sauberer als die von unseren Töchtern.

Frühstück und Abendessen war gut.
Kaiserschmarrnparty auch.
Ivus ist super nett und eine tolle Mitarbeiterin.
Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und das Abendessen - besonders das Buffet super.

Cons:

Zimmer direkt über FKK Pool.
Wie das Personal bei der Nachmittagsjause mit einem Herren umgegangen ist, war sehr frech. Nie würde ich so mit einem Gast sprechen.
Getränke bei nachmittagsjause haben immer so 20 min gebraucht bei Abendessen sind sie einmal erst gekommen als wir schon beim Hauptgang waren.
Sand oder Dreck im Hallenbad
S-Budget Tee würde ich persönlich nicht anbieten.

Cons:

Morgenbuffet war immer sehr "zerlesen". Kam nicht appetitlich rüber.
Vieles musste explizit nachgefragt werden, daa eigentlich dazugehört

Das Zimmer hat stark gemuffelt aus dem Bad. Vorhangleiste war defektt in der Mitte.

Liegen im Wellnessbereich viel zu eng beieinander, kein Ruheraum, keine schöne Atmosphäre, Nachmittagsjause am Anreisetag für 15€/Person, Abendessen gut aber nicht hervorragend

Die Schlafcouch bei einer 3-Personenbelegung im Zimmer ist eine Zumutung. Sehr hart und bietet null Schlafcomfort.
