Odradzam. Speluna nie spełniająca podstawowych norm. Zdjęcia pokoi przedstawione na stronie hotelu odbiegają dalece od rzeczywistości. Zarezerwowałam pokój dwuosobowy z prywatną łazienką. Pokój, który otrzymałam nie zapewniał prywatności oraz był niezgodny z tymi oferowanymi na zdjęciach hotelu. Drzwi były przeszklone (wszystko widać i słychać), poza tym brudno i śmierdząco. Wyjście z pokoju bezpośrednio na plac, na którym przesiadują ludzie przy stolikach. Zero prywatności! Prosiłam obsługę o zmianę pokoju. Obsługa była niegrzeczna i ignorancka. Dodam, że Booking również interweniował w mojej sprawie. Niestety, nie było reakcji ze strony hotelu. Z uwagi na późną porę nie miałam możliwości znalezienia innego miejsca noclegu i musiałam z córką tam zostać. Traumatyczne przeżycie! Miałam rezerwację jeszcze na jedną noc, ale odwołałam. Proponuję poczytać opinie na temat tego hotelu na innych stronach, bardziej oddają rzeczywistość.

Pros:

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, tuż przy dworcu, ale w spokojnej uliczce. Pokój dobrze urządzony, z łazienką. Łazienka bardzo czysta, zadbana, dobrze wyposażona. Łóżko wygodne. Cisza i spokój. Śniadanie w formie zestawu z dostawą do pokoju całkiem w porządku. Miejsce w sam raz na krótki pobyt w Krakowie.

No thrills but central and comfortable.
Pros:

The accommodation is located right next to the main station and the young staff members were incredibly polite and helpful. The rooms were not as modern as those depicted but they were clean and relatively comfortable. We only had a short stay so being close to the station and within walking distance of the old time was a massive bonus.

Cons:

The wifi wasn't great and a smart TV in the rooms would've elevated our level of comfort greatly (luckily we brought books and playing cards!). The courtyard area seem to be a popular spot for socialising for other guests, although I can see some guests may have found that problematic - it didn't bother us though.
