Guests checking in after midnight, should go to the on-site restaurant to notify of their arrival.If you are traveling by car, the hotel recommends that you use google maps and search for "Alexis Hotel" which will direct you to the hotel. There is no maid service on Sundays or religious holidays. Guests with pets please note: Pets must be well-behaved, kept under supervision at all times, and not left unattended in the room, any damages or extra cleaning requirements may incur additional charges. When booking Half Board, please note: Beverages and appetizers are not included. Guests may select one main course from the à la carte menu (up to €20 in value), along with one dessert included. Je suis ravi du séjour, tout s'est bien passé, j'ai beaucoup apprécié la ville et j'ai apprécié que l'hôtel ait répondu à mes attentes chambre confortable, bonne literie, personnel attentionné et un très bon repas au restaurant

Cons:

Je ne maîtrisais pas l'anglais et c'était contraignant pour communiquer.

Superbe !
Pros:

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. La chambre était confortable avec un balcon qui offrait une très belle vue sur la mer ! Le personnel est très agréable, gentil et disponible. Il y a un restaurant également sur place, ce qui est pratique et dont les plats étaient bons et copieux. Aussi, les petits déjeuners étaient délicieux et complets, ils vous proposent en plus des gaufres/pancakes et des omelettes minute. L'hôtel est situé a proximité du centre de La Canée, on peut s'y rendre à pieds en longeant le bord de mer. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir !!

Friendly staff, clean hotel and good selection of breakfast food. Smiling staff and welcomed us every day as if it was our first day. The Half board option offered a good selection of dishes, a 20 euro main allowance per person with a desert. It takes 45 minutes to walk into Chania. There is a free excellent Public electric bus service that departs every 20 minutes (Kladissos) and drops u at the bus terminal or nearby the old town within 5-8 minutes.

Abendessen mit unangemessenen Preisen zur dargebotenen Qualität und unangemessener Bedienungsqualität:
- Vorspeise nur bestellbar mit Hauptmenü (unter Druck); minimale Brotbeilage
- Hauptspeisen im Niveau Billigrestaurant mit convenience-food
- 2 Karaffen lokalen Wein bestellt; geliefert zwei Karaffen aber zum Flaschenpreis

Hotel estupendo
Pros:

La amabilidad del personal. El desayuno estupendo y la cena riquísima, se nota que cocinan con cariño. La habitación con todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda. No está en el centro pero se puede ir perfectamente caminado.

Un très bon séjour, un service hôtel-restaurant au top
Pros:

"the boss" se plie en 4 pour nous satisfaire, le personnel est agréable.
Les chambres sont suffisantes, le lit immense et la douche propre.
Le petit déjeuner est une tuerie... Entre le sucré et le salé, on nous fait des gaufres ou des pancakes maisons sous nos yeux... Un régal.
L'hôtel dispose d'un restaurant, tout aussi délicieux avec un très bon rapport qualité prix et un personnel à nos petits soins. Enfin, l'hôtel est situé sur lame haut de la Canée, idéal en cas d'intempéries (😅) et est à une 20aine de minutes à pied du vieux centre de la Canée.

Cons:

Une toute petite remarque pour le vent qui s'infiltre dans la porte-fenêtre mais pour le coup, vu que c'était la tempête, c'est largement pardonnable 😉
