Great location, helpful staff
Pros:

The location was great, and Fiorde, the manager (not sure of title) was great. He provided us with some history of places we wanted to see and was very kind. It doesn’t matter how nice a place is if the staff is not kind. Fiorde was special 😊 There wasn’t anything a great restaurant in the hotel as well. Staff and food were just as great!!

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like.

Ja esat meklējumos un vēlaties labāko, šī viesnīca ir īstā vieta. Lai gan oficiāli tās ir 2 zvaigznes, pēc sajūtām un servisa līmeņa tās ir visas 4. Viss ir kvalitatīvi un augstākajā līmenī.
Pirmais, kas pārsteidz, ir personāls – ārkārtīgi atsaucīgi un smaidīgi darbinieki. Iebraukšana ir no plkst. 15.00, un liels pluss ir tas, ka pie viesnīcas vienmēr bija brīva vieta automašīnai.
Numuriņi ir pārdomāti un komfortabli. No mūsu loga bija redzama jūra, kas radīja īpašu atmosfēru. Istabā ir kvalitatīvs un jaudīgs fēns, ledusskapis, Smart TV un kondicionieris, kas lieliski strādā gan uz aukstumu, gan siltumu. Atšķirībā no daudzām citām viesnīcām, šeit dušā tiešām vienmēr bija karsts ūdens.
Atsevišķa uzslava par brokastīm (tās sākās no plkst. 8.00) – tās ir obligāti jāņem! Izvēle ir neticami plaša, līdzīgi kā 5 zvaigžņu "all inclusive" kūrortos: viss svaigs, karsts, un turpat uz vietas tiek ceptas vafeles, pankūkas un olas. Arī viesnīcas restorāns kopumā ir ļoti kvalitatīvs.
Līdz jūrai var aiziet 5–8 minūtēs. Pa asfalta ceļu tas aizņem nedaudz ilgāk, tāpēc iesaku iet taisni, nokāpjot lejā pa smiltīm. Atpūtai pieejams arī divi baseini un džakuzi (darbojas līdz plkst. 20.00, ūdens neapsildās), kas ir patīkams papildinājums vakara noskaņai.
Esmu ļoti apmierināts un patiesi iesaku šo vietu ikvienam! Kvalitāte, kas pārsniedz gaidīto.

Pros:

Personnel très gentil, bon rapport qualité prix. Parking gratuit à proximité immédiate. La vue sur la mer est un plus, possibilité de prendre le petit déjeuner en terrasse face à la mer. Petit déjeuner très correct, la personne qui était de service est adorable. L'hôtel dispose d'un restaurant ce qui est appréciable en cas d'arrivée tardive de l'aéroport.

Cons:

La chambre est un peu petite. Les hôtes ne sont pas toujours respectueux du sommeil des autres.

Pobyt bez atrakcji , raczej jak hotel przy lotnisku . słaba obsługa. pokoje czyste .

es hat einfach alles gepasst👍
Pros:

Das Hotel war sehr gemütlich und das Personal sehr freundlich.
Bei der Ankunft um 23.00 Uhr haben wir sogar noch etwas zum Essen bekommen.

I truly enjoyed the stay at Alexis Hotel. I mean, who wouldn't? You have the friendly manager Theo and his kind and professional staff, their restaurant (Theodosi) with all their tasty Cretan cuisine and beautiful views. I just have got to come back soon again. Can't wait. :)

Literie confortable. Personnel sympathique et petit déjeuner complet (la dame du petit déjeuner était très gentille).
La vue est magnifique et le restaurant de l'hôtel est très bon.

Cons:

Le bruit du couloir et des portes qui se ferment en se claquant. Impossible de dormir sans boule quies pour nous.
La douche trop petite qui met de l'eau un peu partout (salle de bain petite).

Nasz pobyt w Alexis hotel uważam za udany. Stosunek ceny do jakości jak najbardziej na plus. Szczególnie polecam skorzys
Pros:

-smaczne śniadania, codziennie można było zjeść coś nowego
-przyjazny, pomocny personel, z dobrym podejściem do dzieci
-bardzo duże, wygodne łóżko w pokoju
-pokój był codziennie sprzątany, nie mieliśmy żadnych problemów z czystością
-piękny widok z balkonu
-obiadokolacje w restauracji należącej do hotelu bardzo nam smakowały

Cons:

-mimo, że na mapie hotel wydaje się blisko centrum, dotarcie tam pieszo jest czasochłonne. Ratowaliśmy się autobusami (przystanek parę minut piechotą od obiektu)
-pokoje bardzo słabo wyciszone, słychać każde otwieranie i zamykanie drzwi na piętrze, rozmowy z sąsiednich pokoi, dosłownie każdy dźwięk. My niestety trafiliśmy na grupkę alkoholizujących się do wczesnych godzin porannych sąsiadów, którzy zachowywali się bardzo głośno, co utrudniło wypoczynek

A nice, family-run hotel close to the beach
Pros:

Well maintained rooms with a modern bathroom. The hotel is really close to the beach. The staff was friendly and supportive. Good breakfast and a very nice dinner restaurant in the same building.

Cons:

The rooms were rather small to stay with young kids and the room doors were not soundproof.

Ogółem polecam tylko radzę wdziać swój ręcznik ;)
Pros:

Piękny widok z balkonu. Dobre śniadania. Hotel z dala od ulicy, cisza, spokój, ptaszki śpiewają.

Cons:

Minusem był brak warzyw na śniadaniach oraz brzydko pachnące ręczniki. Ręczniki były wymieniane co 2 dzień ale nawet świeże ręczniki za każdym razem śmierdziały stęchlizną. Były porwane i zużyte. Wycieranie było mało przyjemnym doświadczeniem. Kolejnym razem wzięłabym swój ręcznik :)

Sicuramente mi è piaciuto il ristorante però attenzione a cosa ordinate....sbagliano spesso....bisogna migliorare l organizzazione e gestione del sevizio...il personale gentile e disponibile

La camera un po' piccola e non insonorizzata...in tre giorni hanno solo fatto il letto una volta e mai cambiato le asciugamani...la doccia non è stata mai pulita...la colazione scarsa ... inoltre in camera c è il bollitore per il Te ma manca il te e caffè e lo zucchero...non serve a niente
