Free parking is available on premises. Please contact Alexis Hotel with the estimated arrival time, since there is no 24-hour reception. Guests checking in after midnight, should go to the on-site restaurant to notify of their arrival.If you are traveling by car, the hotel recommends that you use google maps and search for "Alexis Hotel" which will direct you to the hotel. There is no maid service on Sundays or religious holidays. Guests with pets please note: Pets must be well-behaved, kept under supervision at all times, and not left unattended in the room, any damages or extra cleaning requirements may incur additional charges. When booking Half Board, please note: Beverages and appetizers are not included. Guests may select one main course from the à la carte menu (up to €20 in value), along with one dessert included. If you wish to choose a higher-priced dish, you may do so by paying the difference.

Vacanza indimenticabile
Pros:

Location perfetta: non troppo centrale ma non troppo periferica. Posizione lievemente collinare, quindi con una vista fantastica del mare raggiungibile 10 min a piedi. Personale veramente gentile e disponibile. Colazione e pranzo: niente da eccepire, anzi! Cene spettacolari presso ristorante con cui l'hotel collabora. Nel nostro caso avevamo la pensione completa quindi possiamo dire di avere provato buona parte delle proposte gastronomiche, sia dell'hotel che del ristorante. In conclusione: voto ottimo!

Cons:

Forse l'assenza del wi-fi nella nostra camera è stato l'unico neo, ma non ha di certo intaccato la spettacolare vacanza fatta.

Hotel położony jest w spokojnej okolicy na zboczu wzgórza w niedalekiej odległości od piaszczystej plaży (10 min spacerkiem) i ok. 2,5 km od Starego Miasta w Chanii. Pokój z balkonem, przytulny i bardzo czysty (telewizor, czajnik, lodówka, klimatyzacja) z pięknym panoramicznym widokiem na morze i basenem. Wygodne łóżka. Łazienka również czysta i wyposażona w zestaw kosmetyków, ręczniki i suszarkę do włosów. Śniadanie dobre, natomiast obiadokolacje w barze Theodosi na dole przepyszne (potrawy z menu), przygotowywane ze świeżych lokalnych produktów (dania kuchni greckiej i kreteńskiej). Konieczna wcześniejsza rezerwacja stolika. Personel w hotelu uśmiechnięty, bardzo miły i pomocny. Hotel naprawdę godny polecenia na wypoczynek czy zwiedzanie Krety :)

- la propreté !! Rien à dire !
- le restaurant de l’hôtel : une pépite !!
- la gentillesse du personnel !!!! Maria, Josefina, Sofia… et tous les autres dont je ne connais pas les prénoms !
- bien situé à proximité du centre et du front de mer (en voiture)
- parking gratuit et disponible

Cons:

- pas de shampoing à disposition
- la porte des WC qui ne se ferme pas (nous étions en famille donc ça allait mais ce n’est pas forcément agréable pour autant ni pour d’autres types de voyageurs)
- le personnel et les autres clients ne font pas forcément attention aux portes qui claquent
- la piscine est assez petite. Cela ne nous a pas dérangé mais je le précise tout de même

Overall good stay, but note the facilities
Pros:

Staff were very welcoming and helpful, everyone was very friendly. Breakfast was very good (tasty woth a lot of variety), and the location was ideal (travelled with a car, quick and easy route to Chania city center and easy to head out for day trips).

Cons:

The facilities were not as described - the jacuzzi was not heated which was disappointing, and the "fitness room" was not a room, it was just gym equipment in the lobby, so didn't feel like it was usable at all.
