There is no maid service on Sundays or religious holidays. Plutôt une déception
Pros:

Personnel très chaleureux dans l'ensemble. Juste un pas très sympathique. Menage impeccable.

Cons:

Photo de la chambre pas du tout en phase avec la réalité, photos plutôt arrangées sur le site.. Fils électriques dans tous les sens (ça ne se voit pas trop sur la photo du coucher de soleil, mais c'est le cas) et gros chantier juste à côté, engins sur place dès 7h30 heure locale. Endroit très bruyant en dehors du chantier (musique jusqu'à 2-3h du matin). Chambre très mal insonorisée couloir/terasse et restau juste en dessous. Salle de bain très petite. Appréciation globale moyenne rapport qualité-prix.

Great budget family run hotel with small pool and breakfast near the beach.
Pros:

Staff are super friendly. Breakfast was limited but what was there was great (I had bacon, sausages and some continental pastry stuff.) Wifi was okay at best. Good enough to fire off emails but if you're going to have a zoom call or stream it's not good enough. The pool was nice to have, but situated in such a spot you only get a few hours a day where it's actually in the sun. Don't expect your typical family pool holiday resort. The location was great, a stones throw from the beach with the beautiful golden beach nearby and walking distance to Chania town. It might just have been my room, but the air con was loud and didn't actually work well enough. I was pretty hot. The rooms are super clean and the staff can't do enough for you. Overall, it's a decent budget hotel if you need a base while you go out and explore.

Cons:

Air con was a bit noisy and didn't work great. Wifi wasn't great but good enough for a few emails.

Le restaurant attenant est un vrai plus,il est excellent. La chambre etait propre et agréable. Le personnel est a l'écoute et efficace.

Pros:

Beautiful location with amazing views of the mountains, the sea, and stunning sunsets. The rooms were cleaned daily, and fresh towels were provided every day.
The staff were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist. The food was delicious, and there were excellent gluten-free and lactose-free options available throughout our two-week stay.
In my opinion, this hotel deserves at least 4 stars for its location, cleanliness, food,and outstanding service. Highly recommended!

Nice hotel for a short stay!
Pros:

Pro's - Staff, owner - all lovely; the restaurant (which you have to pay separately, cannot put on room bill) was very good - only Greek place that didn't give a "free" dessert with meal, but you did get a little glass of something red. Pool was also clean and plenty of sun.

Cons:

Towels need to be purchased - current ones are like bath towels at your house, but smelled like mold - so definitely, need replacing. Room and bathroom are clean, but TIGHT. Good water pressure. No Kleenex or Conditioner, but this is a 2-star, so to be expected. Balcony lovely, but no hooks in room to hang a hat - you could put in wardrobe, but a hook or to would be nice.

Bel hôtel, accueil chaleureux, restaurant magnifique et un joli buffet pour le petit-déjeuner

Cons:

L’hôtel se situe un peu en dehors du centre-ville ce qui fait qu’on est au calme. Étant donné qu’on aime bien marcher, les 30 minutes de marche ne nous faisaient pas peur 😉 par contre le chemin surtout au début est un peu aventurieux et ce serait bien si la commune envisageait de l’aménager un peu. Par contre il y a aussi des bus qui s’arrêtent aux alentours doon il y a toujours une solution😉

Vil gjerne komme tilbake, som et andre hjem, veldig bra sted og likeså utgangspunkt til mange flotte strender, kort vei

Pros:

Avant tout la gentillesse du personnel. L'hôtel est simple, propre, calme et bien placé, à 25mn à pied de la Canée. Le petit déjeuner est varié, avec des spécialités grecques, des œufs, des fruits du sucré et de multiples boissons.
Le restaurant le soir, attenant à l'hôtel mais indépendant, est de très très bonne qualité.

Le parking est appréciable.
On peut se rendre à La Canée à pied en 30mn si on passe par le bord de mer.
Le personnel est très sympathique et toujours à nos petits soins.
Le petit déjeuner est très bien et très varié
