Pros:

I like the cleanliness and the 24hr coffee, water and cookies, the front desk staff were nice, the location was great too

Cons:

The cleaning crew didn’t clean our room, didn’t change the bedding for 4 days didn’t make our beds the only thing they changed was the bathroom at least.

Pros:

Clean - great location- great staff

Cons:

The phone cord was missing - half the lights in our room didn’t work or turn on. Air didn’t work but the staff member did come to fix

We felt safe in your establishment...very important these days!
Pros:

The food was comparable to a breakfast you'd be offered at a Hampton Inn. The juices and coffee were very good. There wasn't much fruit offered or maybe the fruit was taken by the time we'd get to breakfast. The location for breakfast was clean and there were plenty of seating options.
We really loved the walk in shower. We loved that there was A Chop House next door and we could walk there for dinner instead of getting back in our car to travel to a restaurant.
We loved that the microwave in our room was eye level so we didn't have to bend over to see the dial.....and the room refrigerator FREEZER worked and kept our cooler packs frozen!
That was a treat. Most little hotel freezers don't work.
Of course, we loved the room's little Keurig!
Your landscape is beautiful.....the trees that were in bloom.
Thank you for our great nights of sleep.

Cons:

Probably the only thing that was not as enjoyable was when you were first starting to wake up before the alarm would go off, you could hear the highway traffic....semi trucks, etc....but, that is not the fault of the hotel.

I did pull a few weeds up from your rock gardens. I'm a gardener and do not like weeds!
Maybe pull some weeds to keep your property looking more beautiful???

The bathroom was nicely designed, modern, and clean. I like the rooms clean lines and purpose driven furniture. The breakfast staff were very nice and helpful. Great visit to a Holiday Inn Express.
