Location, location can’t beat where at plus staff was the best
Pros:

Over all hotel was nice staff was great plus can’t beat having bass pro next to you

Cons:

Breakfast was not best , I wish just scrambled eggs not those nasty omelette but everything else ok for hotel breakfast

Our stay was absolutely perfect from check in to check out and all in between!!!
Pros:

The property was absolutely wonderful. The convenience of everything was perfect. Breakfast was always great. The ladies that made the breakfast were fantastic. They were so helpful. The people working at the front desk were all so friendly and welcoming. We just enjoyed the stay all together.

Cons:

There is nothing that could be done to make our stay more perfect. The property and staff are both fantastic!

Excellent Stay
Pros:

It was so clean. All staff were very nice. We go from Illinois to North Carolina this is a good halfway point. This will definitely be our stop each time.

Cons:

Location was great. Close resturants were very good also.

Solid choice off of the Interstate
Pros:

Easy on/off from I 40. Hotel is clean, beds comfortable, room has a fridge, microwave. Bed was comfortable, TV a little difficult to navigate but had alot of channels once we figured it out. Hotel is walking distance from an excellent restaurant (the Chop House). There is an indoor pool but we did not use it. Parking lot was a little small for the size of the hotel...if the hotel was full I imagine the overflow would have to park in the Bass Pro Shop lot. A good choice if you're in the area

Pros:

I like the cleanliness and the 24hr coffee, water and cookies, the front desk staff were nice, the location was great too

Cons:

The cleaning crew didn’t clean our room, didn’t change the bedding for 4 days didn’t make our beds the only thing they changed was the bathroom at least.
