Excellent location south of town
Pros:

Good hotel south of Edmonton for a night or two. The rooms are nice with comfortable beds. The hotel also have a nice gym. The staff are friendly. Oh and the breakfast is really good

Cons:

The air conditioner was broken and could not be adjusted- we just turned it off. The phone to call reception does not work and we needed to go down to get help.

Beautiful place, I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend this hotel.

It’s okay
Pros:

Property has smart TV but no wifi so actually it’s useless. Internet was with very poor connection. Property is little old it seems that’s why you can smell old and burnt smell. Phone lines where not working and there was no exhaust in bathroom.

Breakfast staff was very friendly.

Pros:

easy location and parking was fine

Cons:

there was too much use of paper plates and disposable items in the breakfast room, which was also very crowded. it was hard to get a table for 2 with all the sports groups there. that is the only thing i can see as an area to improve. and the on going issues with the elevators

The stay was good comfortable just hard to get to
Pros:

Breakfast was good place was organized. The beds were comfortable and clean.

Cons:

I didn’t like the thought of hearing that little yuppie, dog whining, barking it set off my service dog. I don’t understand why they would have to allow dogs in the hotel. They should only allow Service dogs.
