The TV - was very hard to figure out. For some one not knowing Edmonton and the facility it was a little hard to get into the property.

I have long history of staying with almost all hotel brands but this particular location isn’t welcoming

Extra duvet wasn’t provided and excused was make as their hotel was fully booked

We complained about the experience we had faced with front desk and they told that manager will be in contact next day.

We got mail next day from manager about duvet missing from their room and when we asked them to check their staff and camera they changed
