We really liked the security service always making sure they documented where we were going who we were going with and when we would be back they were also great with talking to the drivers and giving them precise directions where to pick us up at very much enjoyed our stay

really convenient location, right next to a great mall. Also provides a really good breakfast and has good clothes washing facilities and dryers.

Staff everywhere were outstanding. Property very well located. Central to most destinations. Rooms are in necessary need of renovation.

I do travel a lot. this year I visited Tampa Florida, Barcelona Spain, Cancun Mexico, Paris France, Athens Greece and now Cairo Egypt. Stay bridge is the best Hotel I have stayed in 2023. Excellent service, awesome staff and good value for your money. Love it. Definitely top of my list next time I am in Cairo, Egypt.

Staff went above and beyond to make our stay very comfortable. I will definitely return to this hotel.

All was good. There was a problem with an AC and they couldn't fix it.

The staff was kind enough to upgrade us to a 3 bedroom suite which made our lives pretty easy. The room was nice, but is due for some updating. Thankfully the staff and the breakfast made up for any shortcomings.

We traveled with our children and we love that our room was big enough to accommodate all of us, even 3 bathrooms which was awesome. We also love that it was connected to the mall with its own private entrance. Breakfast was also good.

I love the free breakfast with hand cooked omelettes, eggs, and pancakes. The staff is focused on your comfort. Only thing I would change would be to have faster and larger capacity washers and dryers on property.

It started out a bit rough. After a long journey we found out they don’t have our reservations. I showed them the confirmed reservations from Hotels.com. But they said they have nothing in their system. Long story short after numerous phone calls and waiting for 2 hours they finally sort out. Finally when we got the room and got all settled in, they told us we will need to Change the room because they gave us a wrong one. It took me 3 hours of going back and forth, running up and down to different rooms we finally got the room. I love the location of the hotel, that’s about it. Very bad experience this time. Never had this issue before when we stayed there many times in the past. Location is awesome. We can go to the mall form the same elevators. Which is very cool.

As for the hotel itself, it is outdated. Toilet flush system was broken. Excellent customer support. Everyone who works there was very friendly. Rooms were somewhat clean.

Value for your money? We paid premium price for 2.5 star hotel. Location is the only reason we chose this. We may not stay there again.

This property needs lots of updating. The only thing I liked was that it is connected to a mall. The surrounding area is also very nice

Very pleasant place overall. The wifi, gym and self-service laundry room are excellent amenities. Easy access to the mall and the intercontinental pool restaurant. I booked a studio but was upgraded upon check in to a one-bedroom. Only problem is that there was construction work in the adjacent building. But the noise was bearable. Pleasant and friendly staff. Would surely stay there again.

Very clean and convenient. The staff service levels are higher than at similarly priced hotels in Cairo - quick and responsive. Good for access to airport and all areas of Cairo. Shopping, food and cinema facilities within walking distance at the Citystars mall.
