Pros:

Ideální varianta pro pobyt v Brně, centrum v dochozí vzdálenosti. Hotel využívám už dlouho a stále se lepší.

Cons:

Cena za ubytování je na Brno poměrně vysoká, přeci jen se nebavíme o top turistické lokalitě. S parkováním je to složitější, pokud není objednáno předem, je nutné využít placené parkování v IBC.
