Nice affordable quiet hotel in the central ring of Brno.
Pros:

One of the better breakfast buffets I've experienced at a hotel in this price range. Staff was helpful! I was looking for a hotel with bathtubs, and some rooms have them. Good bathtub length and depth, but width might be issue for some.

Cons:

I would have preferred travel sized soaps & shampoo to wall-mounted body wash dispenser. Has elevators, but front steps are steep (note for disabled folks). Nothing I strongly disliked. It's a good place to stay.

Považuji za slušnost poděkovat paní v recepci, která aktivně pomohla vyřešit problém, který jsem si způsobil sám, když jsem si omylem odkliknul rezervaci ubytování o jeden den dříve. Řešení nebylo jednoduché, protože pracovníci Bookingu nebyli moc ochotni toto změnit , když platba byla nevratná. Tato paní to v náš prospěch vyřešila i přesto, že to trvalo celé téměř hodinu. Posléze nám pomohla i vyřešit naš problem se zapomenutými zubními kartáčky.
Prosim, vyřiďte této paní naše poděkování a ze se v prosinci do tohoto hotelu opět vrátíme.
