Pros:

This is not a traditional hotel. There is no staff. This is critical to know for anyone trying to stay here. There is no one there to tell you what your room number is or how to even get through to the front door of the building (you need a code). I arrived in the morning and had to sit in my car in front of the building for hours waiting to get ahold of someone in order to get the codes. Don't expect to get that email until around 2pm-3pm the day of your stay. The property itself is incredibly outdated and dirty, the room I stayed in looked nothing like the photos on Expedia. The carpets are filthy and the rooms are in desperate need of renovation. In addition- this “hotel” is advertised as having a gym- there is no gym. It’s also advertised as having free parking.. I’m not kidding when I say that there is a microscopic parking lot in the back of the building that will fit a total of 2 cars.. maybe 3 of they are all compact, tops. This means you’ll be fighting with the other people staying in the building for a spot constantly and end up having to pay for public parking more often than not. There is also no trash onsite, so if you are staying for an extended period of time, you need to take out your own trash and try to find a public trash can somewhere. All of this said- it is cheap, and it is walking distance to a beach and some restaurants. I would not stay here again personally- but then again, in my opinion, Miami has gone down hill in general.

Pros:

A very basic place to stay for your Miami trip. Perfect location, 5 min walk to the beach, affordable, easy to manage.

Pros:

We were supposed to have parking, which was very important there was none.
The door to get in was terrible to get unlocked both in and out.
It was advertised with a pool there was none.
The room was terrible
Attempts to contact were futile, someone answered once but couldn’t provide us with any answers or help.
Advertising was a complete misrepresentation of the place.
We left to find another place to stay one hour after arrival and got no answers or return calls or any acknowledgment.
It was terrible

AVOID THIS PLACE
Pros:

Worst place..DONT STAY THERE.. outdated to begin with but there is nobody at the front desk.. it’s a code to get into the front door and your hotel room that is emailed to you before check in.. there is not parking anywhere.. the property is messy with garbage everywhere.. the building smells and the rooms are messy. When we called the number that was provided it was not in use.. when we finally got in contact with someone. They were so rude and had no answers for us. We ended up leaving and finding another place to stay for the 3 nights. It was that bad

Old and No free parking but at least it’s clean
Pros:

The hotel advertises free parking 3 times in the listing but does not offer free parking. You have to pay to park on the street. Bed was very uncomfortable and the place was very old, but it was clean so I was pleased with that. The window to the room is on a busy road, so it’s very loud at night for sleeping. If you’re picky about where you stay, don’t stay here. But if you just need a clean place to sleep, this would be your place.

Estuvo bien. Se notaba un edificio viejo y sin mucho mantenimiento. Es un lugar donde solo puedes dormir. Lo fabuloso es que poseia cocina. En general estuvo bien.

Pros:

No staff on property but texts to manager were answered promptly. The back entry door was not working properly so was left open at times, otherwise felt safe there during 4 night stay. Affordability was a plus and were able to park free as a bonus, although parking spaces are few. Walk two blocks and you’re on the beach. Lots of dining options, would have tried more of them if Sazon Cubano wasn’t so good. Harding Ave is a busy street so ear plugs are advised.

Pros:

The website said free parking, but there are only three spaces for 14 rooms. The message about this parking situation came only after booking. I think this is unfair.

Pros:

The room wasn't very clean and poorly insulated: we could hear every noise from the street. In the kitchen, there was no dish to put in the oven and the dishwasher was not working. It's a shame!
