We have a very pleasant stay at this hotel, the room are very confortable and the staff is always very kind, specially Annesha, she have always been very kind and she helped us a lot, specially with our baby food requests

Plus: location is good.
Cons: breakfast not like a 5 star, rooms are pretty average in many ways: ambience, feel and even cooling.

I had a wonderful experience at Blue Restaurant. The ambiance was pleasant, the food was delicious, and the overall service was excellent. A special mention to Moumita, who was assigned to assist us—she was incredibly helpful, attentive, and made sure we were comfortable throughout. Her friendly attitude and prompt service truly enhanced our visit. Thank you for such a great experience; I would definitely love to visit again!
The grand mercure has been a great place to stay for long term stay for working professionals. Saumalya also leads w/ great integrity to ensure that the hotel is full of events for longer stay residents and shorter stay residents. Saymalya’s leadership in showing that the Grand Mercure here in Koramongla is running efficiently and professionally has been noticed and is appreciated. Cleaning staff like Shivji have been great w/ cleaning my room daily and ensuring that my room is clean and ready for me when I return home from work. I would recommend staying the the Grand Mercure Koramongla if you are here for work!

I came here for a staycation with my husband. The hotel is an absolute delight, we even got a free upgrade. The pool and spa add to the experience making it very wholesome. Also - special mention for the breakfast buffet. Everything was amazing.
