Comodidad de las habitaciones.

Cons:

Las máquinas cafeteras en todas las 5 habitaciones que reservamos estaban sucias, no pudimos hacer café y en el lobby lo ofrecieron pero a costo extra. Los ascensores bastante viejos y lentos.
El desayuno muy limitado y escaso, descepcionante.

Pros:

Great facilities, very clean hotel. It has a restaurant/bar at the lobby which is very convenient. The area where it is located is very calmed and you have a gas station and restaurants nearby.

Very good! I was comfortable.
Pros:

The night staff person, I believe her name was Julia. She was super fantastic. I arrived very tired and disgusted because my flight to Philadelphia was cancelled. She was very pleasant, professional, knowledgeable, and kind, She would be a valuable employee for any company. Her customer service skills were off the charts. A great company asset.

Cons:

I would have liked more options for breakfast. However, it is not a deal breaker. I only had a muffin and coffee. I would have also wanted a bagel.

Great option about 20 minutes from the airport that included breakfast & parking
Pros:

Easy in and out, although the location is in a pretty new and desolate series of office parks, a self-storage company. As such GPS is a bit off in this area but we ultimately found the location.

Breakfast was included and pretty basic choice of items (muffin, bagel, breakfast sandwich, croissant) and coffee/juice.

Cons:

Beds and pillows only average comfort. And strangely only 3 pillows per bed! Bathroom could have been cleaner.
