Pros:

Pontos positivos: o quarto do hotel é bem espaçoso, banheiro amplo, tudo limpinho, os atendentes foram simpáticos, ganhamos o café da manhã de cortesia (café da manhã com opção de suco ou café + um sanduíche que poderia ser escolhido entre 3 opções). Tem estacionamento gratuito também, o que facilita bastante, gelo no corredor, ganhamos água cortesia também na nossa chegada e no lobby do hotel tem água saborizada à vontade. Tem microondas lá embaixo à disposição, além de opções de snacks que vc pode pegar e pagar.

Cons:

Negativo: localização. Vi vários comentários dizendo que a localização era excelente, mas isso depende muito do referencial. Se vc for a Miami à passeio, ele fica BEEEEEEM distante dos pontos turísticos principais e de centros comerciais tb.

Pros:

We arrived late due to flight delay. The staff is helpful.

Cons:

Have stayed at dozens of Marriott all over the world. This is the only one which does not even offer hot coffee. Breakfast is the most horrible.

Good value hotel on the outskirts of Miami. Clean. Comfortable beds. Ample parking.

Cons:

Better coordination between staff and better customer service would make this hotel a true hidden gem. We were told by staff who checked us in that breakfast is served until 11:00 am. The following morning we went to get our breakfast vouchers from the front desk at 10:35. Walked across the small lobby to the Cafe where the attendant was already closing the register. She informed us that breakfast is served until 10:30 on weekends, and she can’t serve us. Upon explaining that the front desk person from the previous night told us 11:00 am as a closing time, and that the current front desk person had just handed us the vouchers, the cafe attendant proceeded speaking with a loud voice across the lobby to her colleague. I had to use my Spanish to negotiate with her to give us breakfast and she begrudgingly agreed. Other than that, everything was good.
