The room layout is beautiful ❤️

Cons:

The food selection is lacking, there wasn't any cheddar cheese for the omelette, only Parmesan.The milk alternatives only constituted of soy milk and it was sweetened, which can be an issue for those who don't take sugar in their cereal.The cakes on display had sat for lengthy periods of time, thus they could not be consumed, which was disappointing. Lastly the timeous delivery and execution of requests by guests is imperative, if one cannot be able to do so, they should be honest with the guest and mention it cordially to the guest. We would order only to have our order delayed or not attended to at all. Please note that the above are areas of improvement.

Kampala Serena - a beautiful place!

The rooms are spacious and clean. There are many places to sit at the hotel. Breakfast is superb!

Cant wait to go back. The team are great

Loved the hospitality, enjoyed sitting by the gardens at breakfast, the coffee was delicious as was the breakfast. Also enjoyed the pool.

Absolutely outstanding hotel!
Pros:

Fabulous hotel!!! The architecture, the food and the customer service outstanding. I don't know if I will see another hotel with this level of quality.
