Pros:

The staff was professional and everything matched what I expected. Am definitely coming back. Moses from roomsevice was kind, professional, house keeping very professional and kind. The food and drinks just wow. I ordered food on my arrival at passed midnight but I got freshe food big up Serena

Cons:

When i came in the ladies at the entrance never helped to remove my language from the car. Imagine after a very long journey very tired and u have to offload for yourself.

It lived up to expectations, which is a compliment.
Pros:

This was a treat at the start of a three week trip, to get all the admin sorted. The staff were lovely, the food superb, the room clean, spacious and comfortable. Everything you'd expect really.

Friendly and welcoming staff in a relaxing environment.
Pros:

On arrival I was met by a very welcoming front desk staff Sandra, who ensured I was given the kind of room I requested for with a nice view and throughout my stay she was very friendly and even suggested I tasted some Ugandan delicacies. Housekeeping was excellent with morning and evening room make up and complimentary water, drinks and chocolate.
Generally staff were friendly. I liked that the location was in the centre of Kampala and walking distance to shops. I also liked the tropical layout of the property which meant enjoying strolls on the premises.
