Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt in der Serena genossen, alle waren wirklich nett und haben sogar etwas Schönes für meinen Geburtstag vorbereitet, es war sehr nachdenklich. Besonderer Dank geht an Sandra an der Rezeption. Vielen Dank!

Cons:

Der Concierge nach meinem Checkout war mit meinem Gepäck nicht hilfreich und schien zusammen mit der Sicherheit am Eingang schlecht gelaunt zu sein. Sie wollten sich nicht darum kümmern, mir mit meinem Gepäck zu helfen.
