A fantastic location but subpar facilities and horrible service.
Pros:

The location was absolutely amazing. It is situated at such a prime spot that it was really easy for us to travel around and still get to the hotel comfortably. It is a few minutes from Hotorget, and super close to T-Central too. I liked the proximity of all the stores as well. It was really easy for me to get around, and the restaurants were close too

The shower was fine, the water is freezing cold at the start, but it does get warm and hot after around 2-3 mins. Breakfast was fine, it wasnt amazing like other reviewers have stated, it was passable with some variety, but I was expecting better taste.

Cons:

Firstly, we arrived at the hotel around 8 AM. We knew it was early for check-in but decided to try anyway. The receptionist with interesting eyebrows was unfriendly and did not smile. She remained seated while we stood in front of her. She said something too softly for me to hear, so I said, “Sorry?” She then raised her voice loudly and said, “HOW CAN I HELP YOU?” with no friendliness or smile, which put us off for the rest of the day.

When we asked about early check-in, she said no rooms were available but that she would inform us when one was ready. We left and returned about two hours later, around 10 AM, then sat on the sofas to wait. After about 1.5 hours, we noticed she was already checking in other guests and were confused why she had not informed us. Only when we approached her again did she say a room was available. Overall, it was a poor start to the trip. (P.S. She was the only rude one we encountered; the others were friendlier, but since she was the one we interacted with the most, it overpowered all the others.)

Next, we got to the room. It was VERY small. Although we booked a “Double Room”, it felt more like the Small Double Room. When the bathroom door opens, there is no space to get in. The door does not open fully, so to enter the bathroom, we must close it first, walk around, then open it again.

The room also stated “City View,” but the view was only of the courtyard and nothing else. The TV was placed at a strange angle, so we did not use it because watching from the bed would require turning our heads about 90 degrees. The walls are also very thin, we could hear people whenever they left their rooms. Our room was also located in an odd position, requiring several turns to reach it. The placement itself is not a major issue compared to the others.

Overall, to the hotel, please hire someone more suited for a receptionist position.
