It was ok for the night but I wouldn't stay again.
Pros:

Good variety for breakfast just wish they kept up with stocking it.

Cons:

The customer service was awful. Unfortunately I forgot my ID, which I know is on me, but this trip was prepaid and I had my reservation confirmation email. The lady at the desk would not even bat an eyelash, she did not care until my husband came and escalated the situation to take it to corporate. That's when she got a manager involved and they went off my credit card and costco member card...mind you it didnt even have my correct last name. So, that was all a little ridiculous.
The room was not clean. You can tell they just change sheets and thats it because there was other peoples hair on our bed. To end our stay, we were locked out of our rooms at 1030am and housekeeping barged into our room with no notice.

Stay is good, except for breakfast.
Cons:

Complimentary breakfast in most other hotels are at 6am-10 am. Yours is 7:00 am-9:30 am; it is shorter. You’ll see long lines of people and some are standing eating. Not too good. If you shorten the breakfast, add more tables and chairs and add lines of food.

Pros:

Prompt and excellent
communication. Nice room as well as facilities. The bed with so comfortable I reached out in the morning and asked for details and a well-appointed kitchen. Nice view on the upper level and quiet. The gym in grounds were great.

Nice and clean and in my opinion much better than even a Marriott stay.

Everything I needed to know was communicated before I even arrived such as the door code and other important factors.
