Shuttle was far, booking doubletree next time
Pros:

The hotel itself was clean and the shuttle took us to the front door.

Cons:

The shuttle was 40 minutes late (I was traveling with two kids so not very “call us for immediate shuttle”). Two other hotels had been around two to three times before Springhill arrived once. The breakfast was not good.

Everything is great Other than the walls insulation in the bathroom!
Pros:

The lobby snd the cafeteria are so nice and clean and the staff are so friendly and polite!🫶🏼

Cons:

I could hear The next door bedroom we’re talking about something that made me couldn’t go to sleep.

Well appointed room with nice indoor pool and delicious breakfast
Pros:

The property was close to the airport and Fox rental. The area was quiet. Parking was convenient to the front door.

Comfort & clean

Cons:

A/c unit smelled of burnt rubber when it ran. Hotel staff told us they were fully booked, nothing could be done & to just turn it off. It was a hot uncomfortable night. No one slept well. Towels were quite threadbare.

Quick overnight stay after east coast flight disruption.
Pros:

Close to airport. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was good, as usual at SpringHill.

Cons:

The room was showing wear. It’s definitely not a newer property.
