Pros:

This is the second time I stay here, the hotel has excellent location next to the train station, spacious rooms and all necessary amenities such as safe, coffee and tea-making or fridge. An additional bonus was the use of the sister hotel's inside pool and sauna just across the street, very much appreciated as it was very hot during our visit to Antwerp. You do not see any personnel in the hotel but those in the main hotel's reception are polite and courteous.

Cons:

The on ly drawback is that there is no reception in the hotel you have to cross the street to the sister hotel and do the check-in there, you also need to return for check-out especially if you wish you to leave your luggage until later in the day. You may also want to ask whether you prefer a room in the back (slightly more quiet) or a room in the front (with more natural light including in the bathroom but a little bit of noise, not much though). You may also want to check when reserving whether the bathroom has a bathtub or a shower as we have had both types in our two stays. Finally, and unfortunately one of the two reserved rooms where not ready when we tried to do the check-in c. 15h30 so two of us had to wait for a (short) while until the second room was ready.

Pros:

The breakfasts are very varied. The coffee is very good.
The room is cleaned every day and is very quiet, even though it’s right in the city centre and close to the railway station.

Cons:

"A buffet breakfast is served on site." - This was on the booking site! Actually, check-in and breakfast are at the "sister" hotel.

Pros:

Hotel comodo vicino alla stazione e al centro storico, ho prenotato con offerta camera superiore vista città,non ho fatto colazione in hotel

Cons:

Camera con vista città mi sarei aspettata vista città e non un primo piano sulla strada !
La camera non era nell'edificio principale ma in altro edificio a pochi passi , scarsa illuminazione nel bagno

Mogelijkheid tot parking

Cons:

Voor aankomst niet telefonisch te bereiken ivm parking, drie pogingen ondernomen.
Personeel gaf foutieve info bij check-in, waren ook niet vlot in het Nederlands.
Badkamer niet proper en geurtje.
Handdoeken roken niet fris.

A szálloda központi helyen van, mégis csendes. Kellemes hőmérséklet, tiszta, felszerelt szoba.
Pros:

A főbejárat a zsilipes rendszerrel működik. Ez jó dolog, mert a tér esténként nem túl biztonságos, és porta nincs.
Tiszta jól felszerelt szoba klímával. A hatalmas ablakok tiszták, jól hangszigeteltek.

Cons:

A klíma olykor a padlóra csöpög.
