Would probably avoid this hotel for future stays.
Pros:

The hotel was nice, the staff was friendly and helpful, especially the front desk worker that checked us in. The beds were comfortable and the room was spacious, the shower was good. That's about where the positive ends.

Cons:

The hotel is nice, but for the price you pay, it could have been better. I understand it's an extended stay hotel but an actual deep clean between guests would go a long way. You could tell it just had a quick clean after the last use. There were candy wrappers on the floor, crumbs on the couch and an opened box of Mac n cheese in the cupboard. There was some wear and tear in the room but nothing major. The thing that really made us decide to leave the night before check out, was walking in after a day out and seeing a full grown roach crawling across the counter. Up until then we hadn't seen one. That was bad, but the worse part of it all was coming in after cleaning staff had entered the room while we were out and my dad's watch was missing. We don't like accusing anyone but it seems funny that the one time our whole stay that they came in, his watch came up missing. We left our info in case it happens to show up, but we don't have much hope in seeing it again. The watch probably has more sentimental value than dollar since it was a retirement gift from his company. All in all, it was a decent stay but could have been so much better. We really don't like paying a high price for a place to stay on vacation only to be stolen from.

Spacious room but needs better hospitality and attention to detail when cleaning.
Pros:

Good location, big rooms, comfortable beds spacious parking. Besides the slow check-in, all others employees we met were friendly.

Cons:

Slow check-in even though we arrived at 4PM. They still had to check to see if our room was ready... One of the elevators won't open the door when it gets to the floor you have to manually press to open the door or it will skip the floor. We had a fire alarm in the morning and we evacuated no employees ever came out to tell us what was going on finally a guest had to go inside and ask after the fire truck showed up. The pool was dirty maybe it was just overused but because of how dirty it was I didn't even try the gym. Plus, we received a note that they could not service our room the 2nd night and if we needed anything ask the front desk instead.

Pros:

Breakfast was varied and plentiful. The location was great. Felt safe and close to many shops, restaurants and point of interest. Staff takes care of requests or any issue immediately.

Cons:

For the price you cannot ask for more.

Facility needs refurbishment.

Central location to places I wanted to visit.

Cons:

I stayed here numerous times years ago and was always pleased with the condition of my room. The facility is now in need of refurbishment. While the carpet appears to be fairly new the shower leaked, the furniture was torn and soiled, the air conditioner ran constantly, the glasses in the cabinet were not clean, the entry door was misaligned and did not seal, the bathroom door was misaligned and would not close, the bed was very soft, the bathroom floor was not clean, the shower floor was not clean, and the cost per night was high considering the condition of the property.

I wont be back
Pros:

The staff was excellent. Friendly & helpful is the perfect way to describe them.

Cons:

1st room the towel rack fell off the wall when reaching for a towel. Caising me to fall out of the shower. ( i was in a handicap room).
They move us into another room, same type
2nd room the tub was broken.

This was unacceptable.
