Pros:

The location was excellent on flat area, the staff were friendly and helpful, room was clean and well equipped (moved from initial room at rear to one overlooking the main square at the front of hotel)

Cons:

Lack of facilities for disabled with difficulty walking, no ramps etc., Breakfast 5/10, only cold cooked meats and fruit, no hot meal choice and same every morning.

Quarto reformado, amplo com janelas anti ruídos, decoração e iluminação moderna, outro fator importante é que o hotel oferece toalhas para praia.

Em um dos dias de nossa estadia, a limpeza deixou a desejar e esqueceram de repor os ítens de higiene pessoal (papel higiênico, body shower e sabonete.

A fantastic place to celebrate NYE !
Pros:

Our second NYE visit to this hotel...,..loved the balcony in the room overlooking the square...Great for watching the youngsters ice-skating on the temporary rink in the square.and briliant for watching the fireworks at 12pm..shame that there were fewer folk celebrating in the square this year...maybe poorly advertised but a splendid feature.

Cons:

Shame no bar open in the hotel on NYE.....understand ...but it would have been nice , we had to bring our own festive drinks for balcony.
Also no open hotel restaurant during NYE....a good restaurant around the corner which staff directed us to......but in wet cold weather a shame to have to set out!

Πριν ακόμη φτάσουμε, με μεγάλη υπομονή λάβαμε με ακρίβεια οδηγίες, ώστε να γίνει εύκολη η άφιξη μας.Το προσωπικό ιδιαίτερα ευγενικό και εξυπηρετικό.Η διαμονή μας ήταν πολύ ευχάριστη και μείναμε απόλυτα ικανοποιημένοι.Ευχαριστουμε πολύ!!

From favoured hotel to no more than 3 stars
Pros:

Friendly,helpful staff. Close to excellent food outlets.
Spa was superb and real value.

Cons:

Ordinary double bed instead of king bed requested. Room was like a 1950s motel room without mini bar or coffee making facilities
Breakfast included but restricted content.

Pros:

The location is perfect.

Cons:

The hotel appears to offer a Spa with pool etc, however the pool and Spa facilities were closed. Very disappointing!
This is our second visit and both times the pol was closed.
The room we had is a little dated however some rooms were very modern.
