Pros:

The hotel was fine, nice room, welcoming and helpful staff. However, very noisy at night due to music very nearby and hard to get to sleep. We know Agostoli well and have been to Kefalonia quite a few times and wasn't expecting so much noise.

Cons:

The noise from a nearby bar.

Pros:

Posizione ideale, alla reception staff cortese e disponibile

Cons:

La colazione non era un granché, il personale al banco era poco cortese e spesso faceva finta di non vederti in piedi in attesa che qualcuno ti degnasse di uno sguardo. Cappuccino orribile..cornetti inesistenti..

It served the purpose
Pros:

The location was good especially as I needed to be close to the hospital.
One of the receptionist was extremely helpful in sorting out a room as I had to add extra nights to the stay.

Cons:

The staff didn’t smile or say good morning.

Alla scoperta di Kefalonia
Pros:

Camera super pulita.
Posizione ottima, proprio sulla piazza principale.
Vasca idromassaggio in stanza.

Cons:

La colazione buona ma non all’altezza del resto, cornetti nel contenitore con wurstel e altre cose calde, risultato cornetti mollicci.
