Unica nota positiva di questa struttura è stata la posizione, in pieno centro

Cons:

Quando arrivi la struttura sembra molto accogliente, pieno centro, zona di Benevenuto e reception molto belli e rinnovati, so che sotto hanno fatto anche un aerea spa, ma che non abbiamo sfruttato. Per tutto il resto per noi è stato un grande No. Il letto era forse una piazza e mezza, far dormire due adulti in quel letto è secondo noi troppo scomodo. Soprattutto considerando che si considerano un quattro stelle (ho successivamente scoperto che su Google è segnalato come 3 stelle e non 4 come da loro scritto su booking e sulla loro insegna).
Il personale è molto sulle sue, molto assente e fa fatica a salutarti. Durante il nostro soggiorno il primo giorno ci hanno fornito due chiavi elettroniche, che la sera stessa già non funzionavano. Ce l'hanno cambiata ma dandocene solo una.. Inoltre un giorno, dal nulla per un colpo di vento si è aperta la porta della stanza da sola, sfortunata coincidenza proprio mentre sono uscita dalla doccia, quindi insomma, dover chiudere la porta con solo l'asciugamano addosso.... E se fosse successo mentre non eravamo in camera?
Colazione non molto ricca
Insomma.. Diciamo che il soggiorno è andato, però sicuramente non è un albergo da 4 stelle.
Ps: le foto delle camere in vetrina sono riferite soprattutto alle loro suite, la nostra stanza aveva anche armadio un po rovinato e doccia segnata dal calcare

Perfect Location with Long Breakfast Hours!
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is perfect. it overlooks the city’s largest square, which made our visit very convenient and lively. Just a short walk away there’s a public park where we parked our car completely for free, which was a great bonus.
The staff were all very friendly, smiling, and always helpful. The room was generally clean, towels were changed every day, and the hotel felt well-maintained. We loved having breakfast from 6:30 to 11:00, plenty of time! The pastries were delicious every morning and the coffee was surprisingly tasty even though it was served from a huge container.
When the balcony door was closed, the noise from the square disappeared completely, so we slept well.
Highly recommended if you want a central location and a good breakfast!​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Cons:

One small downside was that the WiFi didn’t reach room 112 properly, but everything else was great.

Very pleasant stay at this time of year, thank you!!
Pros:

Staff were lovely, Maria 1 at reception offered us an upgraded room. The room was so nice A223 it prompted us to stay a total of 6 days as a base for kefalonia.
Very high standard of cleaning every day.
Maria 2 at breakfast was very pleasant, good selection of foods.
Parking behind the hotel was so convenient.
Really well run hotel and high standard

Cons:

As it was out of season, the restaurant/ bar was not open but that was everywhere in general so no worries.
