I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The cleanliness was excellent and everything felt well maintained throughout the property. The staff were very welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help, which made the experience more pleasant. I also appreciated the calm atmosphere and the elegant, stylish design of the place, which gave it a unique and upscale feel.
one downside was the lack of an all-inclusive option. In addition, the on-site restaurant felt quite expensive compared to what was offered, which was a bit disappointing.
Overall, it is a beautiful and quiet hotel with great service, but the dining options could be more reasonably priced and more flexible in terms of meal plans.

Albergo di ottimo livello, con struttura tradizionale, buon parcheggio custodito. Personale molto gentile e disponibile, ottimo check in. Molto bella la piscina. Camera pulita, letti comodi, benissimo l'impianto di condizionamento dell'aria; fornitura di saponi e kit di qualità e anche qualche sorpresa sfiziosa in omaggio. Rapporto qualità-prezzo corretto. Colazione con sovrapprezzo, ma con ampia scelta e qualità assicurata
La tripla era poco spaziosa. La distanza dal centro di Sfax non è poca.

Não fica mesmo no centro mas para nós não foi um problema porque deixámos lá o nosso carro e fomos de táxi.
Achámos o preço do pequeno almoço excessivamente caro por isso optámos por não ter.

The Borj Dhiafa Hotel was a complete profile in a luxurious sanctity. The Building itself along with the inside design was truly a cultural showpiece. I had the experience of being immersed in authentic Tunisian culture. The true essence of this remarkable Hotel was the genuine earnestness of the staff, from the attentative cleaning staff bellhops,kitchen and bar staff ,as well as desk staff and Management .They were an orchestra of professional courtesy. I cannot overephasize the caliber of the dining experience which was exquisitely unforgettable in its service and culinary preperations. One of the main reasons we would return to this vibrant City of Sfax
We were only disappointed by the shortness of our stay...better planning on our behalf would have allowed a longer duration at this "oasis" of accommodation

When I made the reservation I didn't notice the small line at the end indicating the breakfast is not included.
There is a transparency problem from Booking.com and the hotel.

In fact there are equivalent places less expensive and the breakfast is included.
