Please note that the hotel is located on a pedestrian street and the car parking is 492 feet from the hotel, by foot, next to the Guimarães City Hall, in Rua do Condestável Nuno Álvares Pereira, a dead-end street parallel to the City Hall of Guimarães. Bel accueil, superbe chambre, mais….

Emplacement. Chambre impeccable, personnel impeccable à la réception

Cons:

Petit déjeuner indigne d’un 4 étoiles : peu de choix, pas de produits locaux, personnel lent et peu (?) formé, désorganisation globale

La ubicación del hotel

Cons:

Hotel para nada adaptado a una persona con movilidad reducida en silla de ruedas. Obstáculos para simplemente entrar al hotel.

Habitación con exceso de temperatura durante dos días que NO llegaron a solucionar (imposible bajarlo de 28 grados). Todo fueron excusas… un horror

Desayuno muy escaso (solo hay de bebidas café y té) y la luz es muy fúnebre en todo el hotel y habitaciones.

Muy céntrico pero no volveremos… no merece la pena, no es un hotel de 4 estrellas en Portugal

Desperfectos y descuido impropios de un hotel de 4 estrellas.

Estupenda y reconfortante.
Pros:

La ubicación del hotel es excepcional, no así el de las 5 o 6 plazas de aparcamiento con las que cuenta que se encuentran a unos 500 o 600 del hotel y que complica bastante el traslado del equipaje. Y el desayuno es excepcional, un buffet bien provisto con productos de la zon y todo muy rico.

Cons:

Las plazas de aparcamiento y el que no hubiera un servicio de botones o similar para ayudarnos con el equipaje. Tuvimos que sacar lo esencial de nuestras maletas para pasar la noche y para nuestro aseo, y no mover así nuestras pesadas maletas.

Un acierto total
Pros:

La ubicación es perfecta. El restaurante muy bien atendido y el desayuno en la terraza dando a la plaza, ambientado con música suave, es un auténtico placer. La atención del personal en recepción fue estupenda y concretamente destacaría la amabilidad y profesionalidad de Fernanda, una maravilla de persona. Un total acierto el hotel y la ciudad. Absolutamente recomendable.

Cons:

Tienen concierto con un parking público muy cercano,”Condesa Mumadona”, hay que dejar el coche antes de llegar al hotel y caminar unos 200-300 metros con las maletas y la entrada es por un lateral, el nombre “Hool”, nos costó un poco encontrarlo. Fue lo único negativo, pero realmente poco importante. El coste total del parking, independientemente del total de los días de estancia fue de 5 euros.
