Zimmer nach dem Upgrate in Ordnung und durch die Busanbindung eine gute Lage
Pros:

Das Frühstück war reichlich und abwechslungsreich und das Personal sehr nett. Das Geschirr wurde jedoch oft sehr spät nachgefüllt. Ich habe über einen Gutschein zunächst ein Standardzimmer angeboten erhalten. Dieses Zimmer verfügte über sehr deutlich Abnutzung an allen Einrichtungsgegenständen und am Boden. War zwar sauber aber sehr sehr abgenutzt. Erst der Wechsel mit Upgrate war gut erträglich und das Zimmer dem Standard angemessen.

Cons:

Unsere Zimmerkarten mussten fast täglich neu geladen werden damit wir damit unsere Türen öffnen konnten. Das Personal behauptete, dass die Karten durch Handys entladen würden aber in der Folge hat es sich herausgestellt, dass die Karten einfach durch Eingabe im System auf einen Tag beschränkt waren.

Friendly and helpful staff who were very accommodating when we arrived very late in the night

Tout étais au top !
Pros:

Les hôtesses d’accueil ont toujours le sourir est très serviable. Le bus qui a un arrêt juste devant l’hôtel est top

Cons:

La propreté dans les couloirs (plateau de repas ou terreau des pots de fleur au sol) je sais que ce n’est pas de votre faute mais être un peu plus vigilant
