Pros:

先進国の一流ホテル相当。スタッフの対応は丁寧かつ迅速。バスタブの栓を修理も迅速で助かりました。朝ごはんは凄く豪華で美味しい！

Cons:

特に無し。クレーム対応も迅速で良かった。
フロント対応中に割り込んで来たり、一部のインド人観光客のマナーは悪い。（ホテルのせいではない）

La chambre le lit l'espace tous est parfait

la porte ne s’ouvrait pas correctement avec le badge il fallait forcer pour réussir à entrer, ce qui vraiment pas agréable pour une chambre d’hôtel.
Ensuite, il manquait un miroir face au bureau, ce qui rendait la préparation et de se maquillage beaucoup plus simple

Ein großartiger Aufenthalt – ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen und kann das Harmony Hotel absolut weiterempfehlen.
Pros:

Einfach alles! Sehr schönes Hotel, großes und komfortables Zimmer, freundliches Personal, gutes Frühstück, tolles Gym und Pool. Die Lage war ebenfalls super. Ich habe mich während meines gesamten Aufenthalts sehr wohl gefühlt.

Cons:

Eigentlich nichts. Ich war rundum zufrieden.

Alles was perfect! Zeer vriendelijk personeel, mooie en propere kamers, uitstekende service en een heerlijk ontbijt. Alles was tot in de puntjes verzorgd. Absoluut een 10/10 – ik kom zeker terug!

Cons:

Het enige minpunt vond ik de vrij strikte uitchecktijd om 12.00 uur. Als je vlucht pas 's avonds vertrekt, betaal je USD 30 om de kamer tot 18.00 uur te behouden. Wil je langer blijven, dan betaal je de volledige kamerprijs. Aangezien de meeste internationale vluchten vanuit Addis Abeba 's nachts vertrekken, is het lastig om een geschikte plek te vinden om je bagage achter te laten tot aan je vertrek. Dit is volgens mij een punt dat het hotel nog zou kunnen verbeteren.

The property was not clean, there was no smart TV in the room, and when the electricity went out, they did not have a standby generator. Additionally, the Wi-Fi did not work at all. Overall, the price was not worth it.
