Un hotel familiar con un personal encantador
Pros:

La ubicación es excelente, a 30 metros de Wallgreen 24/7 y a 50 de la Ocean Drive.

Cons:

Tuve problemas con el aire acondicionado que metía mucho ruido y lo cambiaron.

Excellent location and a peaceful atmosphere
Pros:

The location was excellent. The hotel is in a quiet, safe neighborhood with no homeless people or anything that made us feel uncomfortable. The courtyard was beautiful, I felt like I was relaxing in the garden of my own villa. The staff were friendly and helpful, and overall we had a very pleasant stay

Cons:

The breakfast could be improved. It was disappointing that there were no egg options available. Also, the air conditioner in the room was extremely noisy. When it was running, it sounded like there was a heavy rainstorm outside 😀

Pros:

Lo mejor que tiene el hotel es el personal, muy amables y siempre tratan de ayudar al huésped. Y la ubicación. También es cómodo que provean gratis de reposeras en la playa para los huéspedes.

Cons:

El salón para desayunar practicamente no existe. Hay 5 pequeñas mesitas, a un costado de lo que sería el lobby, que tampoco existe. Eso no resulta agradable ni cómodo para nadie. Es muy incómodo. Y el desayuno es parte importante de una vacación, es algo que se debería disfrutar, ya que en la diaria, uno no lo disfruta porque se va corriendo a trabajar. Hay muchas cosas para mejorar, las habitaciones deberían tener más enchufes para cargar los celulares o poder conectar la computadora, hay uno sólo y en el baño.

HERMOSO Y CÁLIDO HOTEL. UBICACIÓN EXCELENTE

Ubicación perfecta! A la vuelta de Española Way y a 2 cuadras de la playa y Ocean Drive. Habitaciones super amplias y limpias. Camas comodisimas! Sirven un desayuno muy rico en un lugar pequeño pero muy cálido. Te dan ellos tiall9nes para la playa y te brindan el servicio de reposeras sin cargo en la misma
No incluye la sombrilla. Pero es un punto importantisimo tener las reposeras incluidas en el precio. Me senti cómo en mi casa gracias a la calidez de todo su personal: . Ailin, Floris, Valentina, Esperanza y no recuerdo otra chica que era la q servía el desayuno. En fin... inolvidables 9 dias vividos em tan lindo lugar! Gracias!!!! Volveré! MUY RECOMENDABLE!!!

It's okay, but wouldn't stay again.
Pros:

The only thing that was good about this hotel was the location. Short walk to beach and main streets.

Cons:

Room was dated and had a moldy smell to it. The wall air conditioning unit above kitchen sink was falling apart. There were several tiny bugs that were coming in through the window in the bedroom... made me nervous about bed bugs. I was freaking out a little bit. There is no elevator so if you're on the 3rd floor like I was and have to bring large and heavy suitcases up 3 floors, good luck!! Also, parking was awful. We were told there was parking nearby, which there was but lots were completely full. There was no valet parking and it was a huge PIA to find a parking garage available when you're not familiar with the area. Breakfast was OK, but the space is extremely limited so be prepared to sit on a couch and eat from coffee table. Gets really tight when there are more than 10 people in there to eat and everyone is literally walking into eachother and we can't get around one another easily.
