Good hotel

The hotel rooms are good sized and well maintained. The on site laundry facility is useful. The large business center is great. The hotel does not have a lot of amenities---no restaurant, gym is small with limited equipment. But that is fine with me as I go to a local gym and I eat out at all the great restaurants nearby. Only issue I had on this stay is that the coffee machine was broken during my entire 9 day stay.

Great location as it's between Zhongshan and Songshan districts. It's near Nanjing Rd which has MRT station and lots of buses. The hotel rooms are good sized and staff are helpful. Only item missing, which I don't care about, is they do not have an on site restaurant. There is a nearby street market and nearby restaurants where I grab breakfast.

This is my second time staying at the property. Unfortunately, the room this time has a strong stench. The A/C and the dehumidifier have to be running the entire time to mask the smell. The chair for the writing desk was one of those patio plastic chairs, which was very uncomfortable to sit on. There this beeping noise at night that takes place about 15-30 seconds pretty much every single night.

However, the staffs were friendly, helpful, and responsive at ALL time. House keeping is also consistently great. The location is excellent as it is close to shopping, food, and public transportation.

The hotel is clean and well maintained, the front desk staff are very friendly and happy to provide local advice.

As no restaurant in it, try many good foot points just a street further.
Fitness room is ridiculously small - don't think about complex work outs.

Feels like a love hotel… no amenities but room includes that little silicone glove.

Taipei Roumei Boutique is an excellent option for travelers. No shortage of food shops with great Taiwanese food. Only 5 blocks to MRT station. Quiet neighborhood. Front desk staff are very friendly.

A great, affordable hotel conveniently located in taipei that I’ve defaulted to for multiple trips!

One thing to bear in mind - the rooms have large windows (great) but the front of the hotel has flashing red/blue lights on every windowsill that are never turned off at night.

So if you’re sensitive to that you’ll have to draw the curtains when going to sleep which is a bit unfortunate!

Good sized room, clean and nice decor. Staff are helpful and friendly. Location is fairly central as I have meetings in zhongshan and songshan.

They upgraded me to a larger room. The room is good size with bathtub and separate shower. The bed is comfortable and they have a large desk to work at. Only issue I had was the drapes don't block out all the daylight, so I woke up a bit earlier than usual. If they put blackout drapes, the room would be great
