Categories

Cleanliness
4.2
Multiple reports of strong odors (cannabis, mold), stained bedcovers and sheets, visible pests (cockroach) and general uncleanliness in rooms and on floors.
Service
9
Several guests praise front desk and staff ('very nice', 'muy buen trato', 'staff was amazing'); however there are notable lapses (maintenance not responsive, camera footage unavailable) which are mentioned but not predominant.
Location
9.6
Consistently praised for convenience: close to stores, Walmart, gas stations and jobs; frequently cited as the main positive of stays, though some note highway noise.
Room Quality
5
Mixed: some comforts (good mattress, comfortable room) but multiple reports of stains, broken bathroom tiles, odors and other room defects making quality below average.
Amenities
7.6
Limited gym equipment, small pool (reported as unattractive and sometimes dirty), basic convenience restaurant; amenities are present but underwhelming.
Value for Money
6.6
Several guests feel the hotel is overpriced given cleanliness and maintenance issues; some note better options nearby for similar price.
Food and Beverage
7.1
Breakfast is described as mediocre and repetitive with limited choices (requests for gluten-free/non-dairy unmet); coffee sometimes served warm rather than hot.
Overall Experience
8.5
Mixed overall: location and several friendly staff interactions lead to positive stays for some, but cleanliness, maintenance and safety concerns produced notably negative experiences for others.

A éviter
Pros:

Pas grand chose

Cons:

A Dirty Disappointment
Pros:

The location was the only good thing.

Cons:

Barely any parking. The room was disgusting. Stains on the sheets. The first thing we saw when we walked in was a gigantic cockroach. I was so paranoid I could barely sleep after that. The whole floor we were on smelled awful.

El hotel regular
Pros:
