It was a great location and parking was really easy
Loved the deck area for after dinner drinks
No laundry service (not a deal breaker, but they had laundry bags so we expected to be able to get washing done)
Not enough sachets of regular coffee in the rooms (only two per day for two people)
The shower was good, but having no curtain or screen meant that the bathroom got very wet

La climatisation n'a pas fonctionné une nuit
J’ai séjourné au Best Western Plus à Hyères dans la nuit du 16 au 17 août et je tiens à partager mon expérience.
🔴 Dans la nuit, une alerte incendie a retenti, nous obligeant à rester dehors une heure en pleine nuit, le temps de l’intervention des pompiers.
🔴 Le lendemain matin, je découvre avec stupeur que les draps n’avaient pas été changés : une croix et des taches de sang étaient bien visibles sur le côté du matelas et sur les draps (photos à l’appui). Pour un hôtel affiché 252 € la nuit sans petit-déjeuner, c’est tout simplement inadmissible.
J’ai immédiatement signalé le problème à la réception puis par mail. Après plusieurs jours de silence, j’ai enfin eu un appel du directeur qui, dans un premier temps, s’est montré conciliant en évoquant une solution (remboursement ou nuit dans un autre établissement). Finalement, j’ai reçu un mail remettant en doute mes propos, malgré les preuves transmises.
Le plus choquant reste l’attitude : au lieu de prendre ses responsabilités, la direction m’a demandé de ne pas laisser de commentaire public.
➡️ Je trouve cela scandaleux et irrespectueux des clients. Un hôtel de cette gamme devrait garantir propreté et professionnalisme, ce qui n’a pas du tout été le cas.
Je déconseille vivement cet établissement.

Poca scelta e poca qualità .ci vuole personale multi lingue e cosa molto grave non siete attrezzati per le persone intolleranti e non avere gluten free.

Ce que nous tenons à mettre en avant c'est la sympathie du personnel, une sympathie naturelle et sincère, bravo à l'équipe et tout particulièrement à Nathalie qui s'occupe des petits-déjeuners, quelle bienveillance envers nous, nous ne l'oublierons pas, une personne très chaleureuse. Bravo également au cuisinier, nous avons très très bien diné, vraiment.
Etablissement proche du centre ville.
Le petit bémol, pas de chauffage dans la salle de bains.
Hôtel très bien situé à 15 minutes à pied du centre-ville. La chambre pour 2 adultes et un enfant était spacieuse et propre. Le personnel agréable et à l'écoute.
Le petit déjeuner un peu cher et assez commun.
