C’est quoi ce délire!!
Cons:

Inadmissible! On m’a prélevé l’empreinte de carte et j’ai payé le soir même. Cela fait 1 mois et je ne suis toujours pas remboursé! J’ai payé 2 fois!!

Séjour absolument parfait au Best Western Plus Hyères Côte d’Azur.

Je venais dans un contexte personnel un peu particulier, et cet hôtel a été une vraie parenthèse de confort et de sérénité.
L’accueil des réceptionnistes a été exceptionnel : gentillesse, bienveillance et professionnalisme, tout y est.

L’établissement est idéalement situé, très propre, avec une literie de grande qualité. On s’y sent immédiatement en sécurité et apaisé.

Le service en chambre a été irréprochable, avec des repas délicieux et une attention constante. Le restaurant mérite également d’être souligné : j’y ai très bien mangé.

Un grand merci aux femmes de chambre pour leur sérieux et leur discrétion.

Un hôtel que je recommande les yeux fermés, et dans lequel je reviendrai avec plaisir.
