Recomended for a relaxed stay in Prague!
Pros:

Breakfast was amazing! Very quiet and peacefull place. No noise at all from the outside. Great shower!

Cons:

Room had a strong scent of detergent upon arrival. Pillows were not great.

Hidden gem of a hotel
Pros:

The Hermitage hotel is superb. It delivers on everything promised. The service and staff are excellent and very well trained. We eat in the restaurant first night as we arrived late, it was superb , so we eat again another night. The rooms are large, clean and room service is top notch. Beds turned down and extra towels and pillows on request.
Walking distance to the old town 20mins along the river. Totally recommend this new town hotel.
Nice local bars and local food near by too. Very friendly people.

Cons:

Nothing to dislike about the hotel. Its in a city, so there will be city noise. Generally very quiet and enjoyable.

Merveilleux séjour dans une ville tellement belle et propre avec de nombreux parcs !
Pros:

La chambre est très confortable et l'hôtel idéalement placé (bord de la rivière). Le petit déjeuner est juste hallucinant. En outre, le personnel est serviable et a à coeur de répondre à nos sollicitations; un vrai coup de coeur !

Pros:

The staff is friendly, helpful, and professional; the hotel is cozy, warm, and quiet, located close to the tram station and away from the tourist crowds. The room was spacious, and the coffee machine was a really nice touch. Breakfast was amazing with quality food, staff works quickly, be sure to arrive early because the restaurant becomes packed quickly!
