Rundum zufrieden – tolles Hotel, in dem einfach alles passt.
Pros:

Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Wir hatten zwei Doppelzimmer – die waren groß, mit bequemen Betten, guter Ausstattung und mit Minibar. Einrichtung nicht unbedingt die neueste, aber sehr gepflegt und sauber. Großes Bad, gute Dusche. Frühstücksbuffet extrem vielfältig und auch mit sehr umfangreicher vegetarischer Auswahl – alles sehr lecker. Dazu guter Kaffee, Kakao, Säfte und viele Brotsorten. Sehr freundliches Personal. Moderne, schnelle Aufzüge. Sichere Tiefgarage. Nettes Detail: kleiner Überraschungs-Sekt und Törtchen zum Geburtstag aufs Zimmer. Fühlt sich ehrlich gesagt eher wie 5 statt 4 Sterne an. Hinweis: 24-h-Tickets für die Öffi-Nutzung an der Rezeption erhältlich.

Cons:

I am a coffee lover and was delighted to have a Nespresso machine in the room. The big no was there were fake capsules and unpleasant coffee, instead of Nespresso ones. Please delight your customers :)

Muhteşem
Pros:

Yemekler muhteşemdi, hem kahvaltıya hem de akşam yemeklerine bayıldık. Özellikle akşamları dışarı çıkmak yerine burada yemeyi tercih ettik. Şehrin turistik merkezinden azıcık uzakta, bu sayede sessiz ve sakin.

Excellent place to stay !
Pros:

A perfect stay. Sumptuous setting, helpful staff, and a superb breakfast. L'Hermitage remains a sure bet for those seeking peace and quiet, a great location, and excellent value for money. Special mention for the warm welcome, arriving two hours before our scheduled check-in time. Highly recommended!

Sehr schönes Hotel, sehr sauber und außergewöhnlich gutes Frühstück! In die Altstadt ca 10min mit der Straßenbahn. Würde ich auf alle Fälle weiterempfehlen! Tiefgaragenplätze etwas eng, aber das ist meistens so in Großstädten
