Skvelý hotel
Pros:

Skvelý hotel s výbornou lokalitou - všade sa dostanete pohodlne električkou. V hoteli sme už boli druhýkrát a určite sa radi ešte vrátime.

Cons:

Personál nestíha dokladať jedlo pri raňajkách - boli časy, kedy si človek nemal čo dať, pretože sa veľa veci minulo a ešte ich nedoložili. To je ale maličkosť, inak bol výber na raňajkách pestrý.

Hotel vicino al centro.
Pros:

Hotel in ottima posizione vicino alle fermate dei tram 18 e 17 (gli over 65 a Praga viaggiano gratis su tutti i mezzi pubblici).
Ottimo ristorante dell'hotel.
Garage a disposizione sotto l'hotel.
Personale disponibile e buon rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Immer wieder gern!
Pros:

Sehr schönes und modernes Hotel. Wir wurden sogar zu unserem Jahrestag überrascht und auf dem Zimmer mit Sekt und Macarons begrüßt. Personal herzlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück am Wochenende bis 11 Uhr und Check out um 12:00 Uhr. Wahnsinnig komfortable Zeiten. Wir hatten eine super Zeit!

Wir haben nichts zu beanstanden :)

Precies wat ik verwachtte.

Cons:

Iets teveel moeten wachten bij het inchecken (ongeveer 15m).
Er is ook geen bad in de kamer; maar voor mij is dat geen nadeel. We hadden een grote inloopdouche en heel snel warm water.

Superb hotel experience, would go again
Pros:

The location was great, it was easily accessible with tram. Our first impression was great, as we stepped in the main hall we were greeted by the staff with a smile on their face. The check-in process was super fast, as we did the online check-in the day before. The room was nice and cozy, I really like the view from the balcony to Vyšehrad. The bathroom was also very nice and there was also a bathtub inside which we really liked. We could not hear any noise from outside and from our neighbours so we had a restful sleep. I also want to mention the mattress, it was super comfortable.

The breakfast was really great, there was a big selection of things, baked goods, dairy products, fruits and vegetables, cereals, etc.. They even offered gluten free bread for my girlfriend which we really appreciated. We also tried the hotel restaurant for dinner, it was a really nice experience for us. The meals were delicious and the even helped my girlfriend choose meals which she could eat.

Checking out was also smooth, we used their luggage storage on our last day, they were very helpful and kind. Overall it was a superb experience for us, we definitely recommend Hermitage to anyone else who wants to stay in this beautiful city.

Gradevole soggiorno in un hotel elegante! Lo consiglio
Pros:

Hanno fatto trovare un dolce e una bottiglia a mio marito perché compiva gli anni: lo abbiamo mooolto gradito!!
Colazione internazionale e all'italiana molto ricca (con molti tipi di dolci, frutta e yogurt)
Macchinetta per il caffè con l'espresso abbastanza buono

Cons:

La posizione dell'albergo forse non è troppo centrale, ma con i mezzi pubblici si raggiungono subito le varie parti della città

Nie polecam tego hotelu.
Cons:

Brak zapewnienia parkingu w hotelu lub blisko hotelu. Hotel po przyjedzie zaproponował parking oddalony około 30 minut pieszo od hotelu. Hotel ma tylko 40 miejsc na ponad 200 pokoi.
