Casa De Bengaluru

From check-in to check-out, my experience was really good, except I was asked 3 times that I should have consumed a chocolate bar in the mini-bar which I didn't or even I didn't know it was there even though I explained it 3 times.

Water in the bathroom was only like warm. I was put in a smoking room which stunk, despite me asking for a non smoking room. The room was then changed. Floor was sticky and poorly mopped.

Slow WiFi, rooms a bit old, and the roof terrace lost it vibe (if it was ever there...).
Location is good, side street so not too busy. Avoid a room at the street side (too noisy traffic)

屋上レストランも快適です。

Good prices, food service to you room, laundry service, big bed. Clean, no issues.

Business trip. this is my fourth stay at the hotel. While this is not the swankiest hotel in Bangalore, it is my preferred choice for the following reasons

- very reasonably priced
- very decent and clean
- convenient location
- AMAZING staff and service
- great breakfast (both Indian and non-Indian)

When I go back to Bangalore, I will stay here again.

Stay was good overall.
If we book rooms directly rates are high but if we do through expedia it is quiet less

Nice hotel in the city center. Very convenient to all major attractions in the city.

spent 4 days at this nice hotel,staff greeted guests well all the time with big smile on their face and service is quick and standard.Best view of Koramangala from their rooftop bars and good collection of spirits and cocktails.Nice Meal.

Love the staff, so accommodating, rooms are clean and spacious, and everything about the place is home away from home. No workout room, but overall an excellent find. I highly recommend.

A little tricky to find if its your first time.

The air conditioning wasn't working well in the room I checked into but they changed us to a another one immediately.

The rooms were very spacious and comfortable and designed very well.

Finesta windows keep traffic noise out in spite of being on a busy Road.

Very decent breakfast spread too.

We stayed for 4 nights at this hotel and found the staff helpful, the rooms clean, spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will both recommend it to others as well as stay there again when possible.

Located conveniently, lots of different restaurents around. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Good but small service apartment hotel...great location...heart of Kormangala...Rooms are large...well maintained...does not look 5/6 years old...staff are guest friendly...but no luggage rack & writing table in Deluxe suites

If it weren't for the bad wifi connection and intermittent lack of responsiveness to customer concerns, I'd have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to others. The hotel had good infrastructure otherwise and provided me a comfortable room.

As a digital professional, I'm reliant on the wifi to stuff get done. I would love to see Casa De Bengaluru improve the quality of their internet connection.

All is well expect the quality of internet connection. It's terrible in the evening when probably maximum number of hotel guests are connected to net from hotel. Informed the reception guy few times about poor internet connection and the response came back as 'Sir, many guests are connected to internet, that's why it's not working' :) Would request the hotel management to provide better internet connection.

Would not recommend, Very bad reception + room service. They are only focused in getting money out of you. Exception to all this is there food quality which i found was very good. Even the staff in their restaurant is good, other staff is pathetic.

First of all let me appreciate the staff behaviour. On reaching we were offered breakfast even before check in and that gesture impressed me. It was quite a nice experience for our family. I have decided to stay there only if i visit bangalore in future. Thanks expedia for giving the best rstes and good hotel worth the money.

My 3rd stay here, and it is good value for money. On this visit, they missed on a few things e.g. no towels which we had to ask for twice. No coat hangers at all. However, once we did ask, they were very prompt on getting stuff to us. The WiFi is a bit hit and miss. In our room 310, we had intermittent weak signal. As we were there on business, this was a pain, Overall, I'll almost certainly stay there next time as it is clean, convenient for Koramangala, nice spacious rooms, and value for money.
