Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly welcoming and made us feel comfortable from the very first moment. Their hospitality truly stood out and added a special touch to our experience.
We especially appreciated the helpful recommendations they gave us for places to visit nearby.
Overall, a great experience with excellent service. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to come back again!

Everything was perfect
Pros:

Cleanliness, big family room..sufficient space for parents and the kids..everything was perfect including the hospitality and willingness to help from the waiter, receptionist, cleaning ladies👌..will come back again for sure with my family 🌟

Ein Aufenthalt, den man dort verbringen muss.
Pros:

Der Rezeption war immer besetzt und erreichbar. Ab 23 Uhr wurde das Hotel geschlossen, aber man bekam einen Schlüssel zum Verlassen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Auf Wunsch konnten wir einen Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage mieten. Der Preis war hierfür angemessen. Das Reinigungspersonal hat sehr gründlich gearbeitet.

Cons:

Leider gab es im Zimmer keinen Safe für Wertsachen. Die Ausstattung könnte einmal erneuert werden.

L'hotel si trova vicino alla stazione ferroviaria ed è situato nel centro della città, il che è piuttosto comodo, vicino a numerosi ristoranti e negozi. Il personale è cortese e disponibile.

Cons:

Il prezzo è un po' elevato considerando che si tratta di un hotel a 3 stelle (in confronto all'hotel in cui ho soggiornato a Livorno, più economico e vicino al mare). L'hotel necessita di maggiore cura, poiché ha del potenziale, soprattutto grazie alla sua posizione.Non è presente un bollitore né sono offerti caffè o acqua di cortesia, elementi che sarebbero molto apprezzati. Tuttavia, l'hotel è accogliente.
