Pros:

Hotel má krásnou vstupní halu a lobby.

Cons:

Čistota absolutně neodpovídala kategorii hotelu. Špinavá koupelna, povlečení zaprané a divně zapáchající.

Zentrale Lage, um Chiang Mai zu entdecken

Lage - Super zentral, toll für 1-2 Nächte, beeindruckend schöne Lobby
Frühstück mit guter Auswahl

Cons:

Zimmer: in die Jahre gekommen, Mobiliar abgenutzt, Fenster ließen jeden Lärm durch und der Verkehr hört in der Lage die ganze Nacht nicht auf. Klimaanlage nur begrenzt einzustellen, Temperatur immer kalt, Ventilation nur mäßig zu regulieren und unglaublich laut.

Schlechte Informationen, super Aussicht, super Lage. Für einen Fünfsternehotel ist der Zustand der Zimmer schlecht.
Pros:

Das positive im Hotel war die super Aussicht auf die Altstadt, dass er im 7 Stock waren, das war traumhaft. Das Buffet war sehr abwechslungsreich. Es gab jeden Tag andere Sachen am Buffet.

Cons:

Die Möbel waren ziemlich verkratzt die Wände müssten neu gestrichen werden. Im Zimmer gab es auch eine Waage. Diese funktionierte zuerst nicht. Erst nach dem dritter Reklamation wurde sie gegen eine funktionierende ausgetauscht, zuvor wurde zweimal gegen eine defekte Mechaniker Waage ausgetauscht.

Très bonne situation, chambre spacieuse.

Cons:

Hotel vieillot, piscine froide, abords de la piscine sales, cousins chaises longues piscines avec fientes de pigeon.
Pas de ressort au petit déjeuner, quand il n'y a plus, il n'y a plus.
Système poir commander l'éclairage défaillant.

Pros:

Lovely hotel. Great location near old town and night market. Clean. Amazing breakfast with a large range of options to choose from. Helpful staff.

Cons:

Bed was quite firm for us.

Pros:

Very nice, spacious and luxurious hotel. Very well located, just outside the city's moat, within a few minutes walk from the centre. Rooms are spacious and clean with very comfortable bed. Provision of a bottle of water every day was greatly appreciated. Breakfast was superb.

Cons:

If I must write negative comments too, I would mention a major power problem/cut on our last day, which lasted for hours and for which we had no information. But it was a minor issue before the superb overall stay we had.
