Not going to stay here on our next trip!
Pros:

The staff was friendly

Cons:

Location, will not stay here again! Our room was right next to I-95 and got close to no sleep due to the traffic noise 😕 made the following day difficult!

There is a front desk. Staff was very responsive.
Pros:

It was closed off the interstate as I was attending a Rolex 24 race

Cons:

Only one elevator, which was very slow for a busy race weekend
My TV did not work, waited for maintenance then finally cancel the request. Bathroom tub didn’t drain ,mold in between the grout of the tile and tub.

Look elsewhere for a better hotel.
Pros:

We stayed one night at this hotel and it was not a good experience. The shower had mold along the top of the tub. It had clearly been there for a period of time. I live in Florida, so am well aware that mold grows. But a thorough cleaning will get rid of it. The sheets are very rough/hard feeling on the bed, which did not make for a restful night's sleep. We had a room that faced the interstate and there was a lot of road noise. Our room also did not have Kleenex in it. It had an empty box. One of the small tables in the room was not cleaned well. There was a glob of something on it from a previous guests. Overall cleanliness was not very good.

While there is a free breakfast, it was not good. I don't have high expectations for any select service hotel's free breakfast. But this one was especially bad. Whether it was the eggs, sausage, apple juice or waffles, all were of such poor quality and taste that we could only it one or two bites of each before giving up and going down the street to someplace else.

If you are in the New Smyrna Beach area, it would be in your best interest to look for a different hotel than this one. Much of what we saw and experienced did not seem like a one off situation, but rather a poorly run/maintained hotel.

Cons:

The hallway carpets kinda smelled stuffy like vacume needed cleaning. But the area appeared clean and would book again!
