In die Jahre gekommen. Kein vergleich zu den anderen W Hotels. Komplett überteuert. Das WLan funktioniert nicht überall. Das Gym ist über eine Garage erreichbar. Alles in allem das schlechteste W in dem ich jemals war.

Bem localizado, serviço ok mas não excelente

We accidentally booked the W Miami, thinking it was the W South Beach, where we had plans and accommodations with friends. When we arrived at the W South Beach, we immediately realized the mistake and contacted Marriott reservations. Reservations was actively pleading with the W Miami to offer a refund or waive the charge, especially since we were rebooking the same day at another Marriott property in the same city. The W Miami refused and still charged us over $500 for a stay we did not use.

We have reached out to the hotel directly multiple times and have received zero assistance. We keep being told that a manager named Liz will call us back, but no one ever calls. There has been no willingness to understand the situation, no exception made, and no customer service resolution whatsoever.

If you look at the reviews, this seems to be a pattern. The W Miami is not the same as the W South Beach, does not have the same location, amenities, or service standard, and clearly does not value guest experience. We are extremely disappointed in how this was handled and would not recommend staying here.

We enjoyed our stay here, the service was great and the room was clean.

Excellent location.

Housekeeping removed 2 shopping bags with 4 pairs of brand-new shoes from my room during my stay. Management admitted it happened. It’s 7 days later, I still don’t have a resolution or confirmation of reimbursement

As an Ambassador-level frequent traveler, I’ve never experienced anything like this. Business and leisure travelers should think twice before booking this hotel.

One of the best hotels in miami

They Suck, I tried cancelling a little over 48 hours because I was unable to travel due to bad weather conditions and they stole my money and did not offer any sort of compensation or credit.

I like the room and the view and the spa is very nice but the bed not very comfortable too soft

This is a peaceful gem when it comes to Downtown Miami. I had the pleasure of having a site visit at the W Miami-Brickell and had a tour of the amenities and meeting spaces with Sofia in the Catering Sales department- who was super sweet!

The woman directing traffic to the different towers in a safety vest was SO genuine & welcoming. When I arrived at the front desk, the agent offered me a bottle of water while I waited for Sofia. I was then warmly greeted by Kevin Walsh & Sofia and began the tour of W Miami Brickell. Their pool is surrounded by the high-rises of the city and really blocks out the noise of the hustle & bustle.

I can't wait to have an upcoming event at this property, because each meeting space has a Waterview, which is exactly what groups want in Miami! Proud to be the newest preferred venue!

We had a 2 bedroom suite overlooking the ocean with a deck. Lovely. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. There were a number of spots to hang out around the hotel. All lovely.
