Pros:

조식은 괜찮고, 조식 식당 직원들은 전체적으로 매우 친절함.

Cons:

직접 팁도 줬는데, 뭐가 묻혀있는 침대 시트 교체도 하지 않고 무엇보다 샤워기 필터 교체할 수 없는 수도 구조라 힘들었습니다. 청소상태는 최악입니다.

Great location, but the hotel is understaffed.

Unhelpful Staff & Excessive Wait Time. We waited at the front desk for an hour with zero communication other than being told the room was being cleaned. The staff did nothing to help or offer an alternative. We had to intervene and enter the room before housekeeping was finished.
