Pros:

We have family in the area and that is why we stay here. The beds are comfy and breakfast is included.

Cons:

The elevators were out order and our rooms were on the 3rd floor. I felt they should have adjusted the rate due to this inconvenience.

Pros:

Cleanliness staff were great

Cons:

Toilet was broke, elevator broke, thermostat would stay on and is really loud but room was still freezing even though I had it set at 74'. Toilet kept running no matter how much I jiggled the handle after they finally fixed it. Not worth what I paid

It was a good value and location. Probably won't stay their again
Pros:

The breakfast location was fine. Another family made several plated to take back to their rooms so we had to adjust. Also the pancake machine broke that morning

Cons:

The elevator was out, the phone light blinked and the alarm clock time could not be reset and went norfolk twice in the middle of the night

Due to the bedding and not being able to properly control the AC, the stay was not enjoyable!
Pros:

Location was near a function we were attending. Facilities were clean, staff was friendly

Cons:

The beds and pillows were too soft, we didn't get any rest. The AC unit was too close to the second bed blowing directly on the bed. Thermostat did not function well.

A must save to your overnight stop list. Amazing staff, clean, comfortable, and inviting.
Pros:

The staff was amazing. Friendly, everyone had a smile, greeted us like they knew us forever. The clenliness was better than any other hotel we have stayed. The entry way was great. Military tribute wall, flags, and statues. The grounds were very well kept. The room had 2 TV's which was great. not everyone likes to watch the same thing. The bathroom was clean and the soap / shampoo dispensers were locked "tamper proof" so we were comfortable using the soaps provided. Plenty of clean and neatly prepared towels. The bedding was quality material. We had a very comfortable nights sleep. I have to add that the breakfast was great! Hot, fresh, very well maintained and organized. Nothing was empty. The dining area was very clean, neat, and maintained. You can tell from the first impression that the staff cares about the guests and the institution. Thank you for a great expirience. If traveling through Hope Mills, NC again, we will definitley book for the night!
